Absolutely unacceptable experience. Went to the Taco Bell on US-441 in Florida just before 1:00 AM. The store was supposed to be open until 2:00 AM, yet all the lights were off, the menu screen was off, and it honestly looked closed. There was someone sitting at the drive-thru window, so we took a chance and pulled up. Someone mumbled something through the speaker, so we placed our order. We ordered a 12-pack of Supreme hard tacos. First mistake: they gave us ALL soft tacos. So we went back around and explained we wanted hard tacos. Second mistake: because I said the word âregular,â they gave us all regular hard tacos â NOT Supreme. So we went back around AGAIN, and thatâs when the employee told us they had already used âthe last of their ingredientsâ and couldnât fix the order at all. So let me get this straight: Lights off like youâre closed Order taken anyway Wrong order twice Then told you canât correct it because they ran out of ingredients That is not how a business should operate, especially late night when people rely on drive-thru service. No apology, no accountability, just excuses. This was a waste of time, gas, and money. Management seriously needs to address training, communication, and basic customer service at this location. I will not be returning.

Sorry to report that this Taco Bell didn't get a good grade. The counter service was terrible, the clerk was not well trained, after taking the food orders, myself and other customers just stood around waiting while the staff continue to serve the drive through customers. The manager came out from the back area, looked around, grabbed a soda and her cell phone and look a seat in the dining area and had a chat on her phone. After a while she went outside to talk and grab a smoke. Oh well, meanwhile I waited 30 minutes for my food. I complained to the clerk and he looked lost, on the way out I passed the manager and mentioned about the 30 wait and that she should be inside supervising her crew, she laughed at me and kept talking on the phone. Sorry Taco Bell, but that's bad service đ

Went through the drive through. It's Taco Bell... food was what you would expect. The prices are getting pretty expensive. $25 for 2 Mexican pizza meals. What is worth mentioning is their employee that takes your order... he is LOVELY!!!! Very fun, upbeat, and makes the drive through experience so much better than anywhere else. Way to go Taco Bell! Your employee for the win.
I tried the Crunch Wrap Supreme and it was perfectly done! The grilled cheese burrito with chicken was also tasty. The drive-thru crew were fast and courteous.
