Came for a date night and had a great experience! Josias was our server and he was very friendly, attentive, and provided great service. Food was delicious! We ordered the tonkotsu ramen, wings, and shrimp fried rice. They were all delicious! Took a star off for atmosphere only because the live music was great but it was very loud for the space. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
Vegetarian options: The vegan fried rice is delish!

The only thing good about this place was the drink I ordered ( pear margarita) which was excellent. The food was horrendous. The Steak Frites had zero flavor, the steak itself was bland and the chimichurri had no flavor. Fries disgusting. Presentation was awful and not at all what we expected. The server misunderstood and thought we wanted the charcuterie ( which we said we SHOULD have ordered instead of the steak; we didn't actually want it) and it was a poor attempt and was pitiful looking and tasting. The server admitted to making it early that morning ( it was around 5pm when we were there) we still payed for it but the quality was awful, my 6 year old could've assembled something more appetizing, especially for $25. Just terrible all around. Will not go back, and do not recommend for food at all.

Found it by mistake because of Josue server there who suggested the fried rice which was excellent….Aubrey @ the bar was very attentive & also suggested the Chicken Bao (also amazing!) & the owner Debbie was there who was also very nice & introduced me to a new shot “Salty Nut” Tasty lol Will def check it out on a Friday/Saturday night when they have a DJ! 🙌🏼

Food and drinks were amazing, loved the vibes and the interior decor. But most importantly, the service was 100/10. Our server Josiah (I hoped I spelled his name right) was amazing. We were in Mount Dora a couple weeks ago for our wedding at Sydonie Mansion, and he made our trip memorable! Would come back for the food but mostly for Josiah !

Waited 40 min for a drink and when I spoke up the bartender told me to shut up and called me stupid. She can keep the drinks. Bartenders were in the weeds, definitely need to do better. Our first stop at the Halloween bar crawl and she ruined my whole vibe!

Great place to visit for a quaint drink. They have a wide variety of top-shelf liquors, especially bourbon. My bartender was celebrating her year anniversary during my visit. All of the staff was extremely accommodating. Bookers v. Blanton was grateful enough to be caught here. Quality associations and a great environment

Please check my reviews, I generally give good reviews, and I nearly never give bad “long winded” reviews. I’m making an exception for this review, because that is how horrible my experience has been at this establishment on two separate occasions with my wife.
Visit 1. The first time we visited, we were completely unhappy with every dish that we ordered. Mind you, we just kept ordering dishes because each dish was so bad. By the time we left, we had ordered 3 entrees, and 5 other small plates/appetizers. The dishes were cold, without flavor, and half of the food had the texture and flavor of food that was left sitting overnight.
Visit 2. I usually hold my composure, and I ALWAYS leave a 20-35 percent tip. Tonight was the first time in roughly 8 years that I didn’t leave a tip, and I wanted so badly to go off on the seemingly drunk staff.
We tried waving people over to our table about 5 times. (Check your cameras, it’s on there!) We saw your staff lurking on multiple occasions but they refused to visit our table after the food was dropped. Instead, they danced around, took shots behind the bar, chatted each other up, and ignored us and the customers near us.
The food: 1 Tonkatsu, 1 Spicey noodle, 1 Yuzu edamame. The worst ramen I have ever paid for in my entire life.
1. The noodles were left sitting for so long that they were all stuck together in chunks and the texture was disgusting, 2. The actual broth was room temperature at best, the egg was so cold that it must have been previously frozen, 3. The so called “brisket” and “pork” could hardly be considered grizzle. It was utterly disgusting that they would feed these dishes to anyone!
I began taking photos, but immediately stopped because I was so frustrated! The one photo I have shows about 50% of my noodles that were warped into a 5 segment chunk of crap-for-noodles!
We live in Mount Dora, we go out downtown nearly every weekend, and we will never return to this establishment.
For the owner/s; I urge you to establish real leadership here asap or this place will not last long. Good luck!
