The Spice & Tea Exchange of Mount Dora is an amazing place! I’ve never seen such a wide and carefully curated selection of salts, peppers, seasonings, teas, hot sauces, and kitchen accessories all in one shop. It’s truly a must-visit for chefs, home cooks, or anyone who loves experimenting in the kitchen. The store is beautifully organized, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the aromas alone make the visit worthwhile. A gem in Downtown Mount Dora!

I was so excited to find this place. I could have spent all day there. I found an amazing natural blueberry tea that my heart loves. I can’t wait to go back and buy spices. It smelled amazing in there and the service was exceptional. It was a wonderful experience.

Visited The Spice & Tea Exchange for the first time this week! There is a variety of teas, spices, salt blends, sugar blends, honey etc to choose from. The manager was so welcoming and very knowledgeable about the products. Looking forward to my next visit! 🍵

I visited Mount Dora a few months ago and was thrilled to find this little store! The tea blends they create rival those produced by Harney & Sons and Kusmi. The teas are not inexpensive, but they are worth the price.

I also didn't expect to use a full bottle of their Florida Sunshine salt mix so quickly. It's delicious! I may need to place an online order!

Staff was great. Great selection of salts, peppers, herbs, teas and spice packets. I got a spice rub for my brisket and it was great.

A very good place to get tea or spices. There are about a million different types of tea, flavored sugars, honey, ground spices, and all the necessary utensils for using them. You can pick any tea they have, and they will brew some right there for you, too. The staff is friendly and helpful too.

I went there for my birthday with my mother and aunt, and it was a wonderful experience. José was helping us, answering all of our questions and was extremely pleasant even when we started cracking jokes and acting a bit silly. He was honestly hilarious! We ended up staying there for about an hour I think, didn't keep track of the time because it was so fun. The teas were very aromatic and the blends were creative and intricate. I also loved their blends of sweeteners. Honey granulated was my favorite, but there were sugars and sweeteners mixed with things like cinnamon, espresso and even ube! Lovely tea and kitchen trinkets, lovely teapots, and overall a lovely atmosphere. Their iced tea was perfect for the hot day. Thanks so much for being so great with us, José!

My mom and I visited on Sunday, June 9th for my birthday, and this was (BY FAR) the best Spice & Tea location I've ever been to! The atmosphere was cozy & inviting. The shop was organized so well! Everything was easy to find! But if I had any trouble finding anything, the staff were ready and willing to help. I can't understate just how friendly & knowledgeable the staff is. They answered all of our questions and recommended products based on the selections we'd already made. All around wonderful experience!
