Tony’s Chowder house, is an amazing find in Mount Dora.
We sat outdoors with family enjoying the atmosphere and food.
The Clam Chowder is amazing, and the blacked shrimp and fish is the best.

There clam chowder may be great but they are rude and non welcoming no room go somewhere else 👎

This place is incredable! I got their award winning clam chowder - best I've ever had.
The blackened seafood platter is in the same catagory - the scallops were cooked to perfection as were the shrimp and fish.
I brought a quart of the chowder home and picked up two cans (Tony's Clam Chowder) at Publix.
Guess you can tell I was impressed...

Some of the best clam chowder
Love everything about this place. If I had a dream of a Chowder House this is what it would be. During a recent trip to Boston, for one meal each day I had Chowder...and Tony's is still my favorite Chowder. Some in Boston may disagree but I recommend they take a trip to Tony's and see for themselves. My wife loves the Salmon. Good Hushpuppies are a bonus. Highly recommended when in Mt. Dora.

Tonys chowder is by far the best I have ever tasted. Standup owner ! We had a mistake with our order and he quickly corrected it.
Wish the place was larger !
