The smooties were great, but the service sucked. My husband went in while I waited in the car with our dog. He was the only one there when he placed the order. But the person making the smoothies didn't pay attention to which order was first and he waited and watched the people who came after him get their smoothies and leave. Just bad service.

I visited this location to get a Bahama Mama bowl, but it was completely frozen. The entire bowl was rock solid, and the fruit was old and unappetizing. It was a huge disappointment, and I will never eat from this location again.

Bad service, terrible food, bad customer service, I had a bad experience for my first time visiting.
I have been going here for years, and it never gets better.
Food takes forever, tends to be made wrong. Employees are usually rude. I called today and the girl just said "mount dora" and sat there silently waiting for me to talk.
The atmosphere feels like a hospital cafeteria. The lighting is bad and it feels very cold and uncomfortable. The chairs are uncomfortable and the tables are ALWAYS sticky.
If you want the best possible food, do NOT get takeout. It will be melted and/or made wrong. Either that, or you will sit there for 30 minutes after your pickup time waiting for it to be ready. The fruit on the bowls are always browned and old looking. They rarely look fresh.
The employees don't care, food takes forever, is rarely made properly, and they don't heed warnings for allergies and replacements. I am allergic to pineapple and warned them twice, only for the smoothie to have pineapple and have to be remade.
Food is WAY too expensive for the bad quality, bad service, and wait times.
To add: I looked over past reviews and found responses from the owner that I am pretty sure is breaking some sort of privacy law? Responding to employees with their personal health/past information is definitely not something I would recommend... This did not influence my review, I just thought I would mention it.
Dietary restrictions: I let them know that I was allergic to pineapple, and, multiple times, they did not heed my warnings and still put pineapple in my smoothie and not the replacement i requested.

Very unaccommodating,drove out to try the free smoothie with purchase. They claim they are out of the product and will not accommodate any other smoothie or discount.
Staff is very unprofessional and rude.
Management is quick resolve however. And the response from owner/GM was sincere. Maybe busy week.

Seems like every time we come to this location there is a sour smell, like the mop water hasn’t been changed. There was a promotion today for a free smoothie with food purchase but, they were out of the smoothie base for the free smoothie. When asked for a substitute, I was told no.
