I’m not sure why I keep seeing such bad inaccurate reviews. It’s always a pleasure walking into this place. The workers always greet me when I come in. They have great attitudes always ready to serve. They always ask how I’m doing, take my order and I always get my order so fast. Such beautiful smiles, amazing service. It’s sad that others come in with bad attitudes and blame the workers.

My first time here and The staff in the store this morning are horrible and have bad attitudes . I’ve never seen so much attitude because they messed up my order . Very unprofessional and then they walk to the back and say lord knows what and then all the staff look at you with these nasty looks . Terrible .

The staff is under a lot of pressure from the mean manager. So they reasonably make mistakes sometimes. The manager is very rude and has poor customer service. This location is doing poorly in all review platforms and I can see why

I only take the time to write a review when I feel like someone needs to be recognized and tonight I had the pleasure of meeting Melody and Kylee . I have seen them before, but it was too busy too stop and ask them for their name tonight. They had a bunch of orders waiting for delivery drivers to be picked up and that happens to be me. Nothing makes my job easier than when I arrive to an establishment and my order is waiting on me and I’ve never seen so many other ones that were waiting for two women working. They are non stop . I’m a grown 43 year-old adult and I know from working various types of jobs that what they do is not easy especially when you deal with customers that are rude and you still smile they do that. Thank you both for Doing an amazing job keep up the good work!

Ordered at just after 7:30 am this morning. Got to the store at 7:45 to find it completely closed. I guess whoever was supposed to open didn't come in. A few minutes later a couple of young ladies came in and quickly tried to open and get everything rolling. They were very apologetic so I don't fault them but I do fault the person who wasn't there to open. I ended up not getting my food til around 8:15-8:20. I don't what happened but not great timing and I know at least one other guest left instead of waiting on food.

I come here often and everytime I come and order a wrap it’s always still ice cold after waiting for a long time . Come back and Tell them about it so they can re make it and they have attitude . This place is full of young workers with bad attitudes and with no supervisors in store to talk to .

I would highly recommend to come here. It’s a Very amazing tropical smoothie to go to !! The people are very welcoming, very enthusiastic, kind, loving, caring and very respectful. The manager Gayla is a sweetheart, love her. She makes sure everything is absolutely accurate before it leaves the counter, on top of making sure everybody knows everything the RIGHT ways. Without her, the store would not be where it is today. I would highly recommend coming here on a bright hot sunny day, there smoothies are to die for. And their food and smoothies are fresh on a daily so everything there is FRESH. The employees there are also so amazing, love them as well. Always making sure everything is also accurate and very respectful. They are very welcoming, love it!! Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND !! 🥰🫶🏽✨👏🏽💯

We used to go here all the time. This location has gone severely downhill over the past few months. Owner reached out to me, I offered plenty of insight, but they did not offer reimbursement or anything at all to make things right. Clearly just looking to have me tell them what items were missing so they could write it off inventory. Went back later to give them another chance & was worse. Bummer. :(

Never enough help in the morning, only 1 person working. When you enter a business they should acknowledge you. Never do I get an acknowledgment they completely ignore me. They must not really care about having any customers come back.

Tropical Smoothie is one of my favorite places to go, I order regularly from there. I understand things happen, but sending out cold chicken quesadillas & an old smoothie bowl that’s literally melted is uncalled for. I didn’t realize until I got 5 mins down the road the smoothie bowl was completely melted bubbles. Nasty sour strawberries, & three chucks of pineapple. $25 for some food you can’t even enjoy. Ridiculous! I normally order online, because ordering inside takes forever!
