I stopped this morning at this location with some special needs clients .Shante and another young man was working. The two of them was so great and patience with my clients and I’m so happy the two of them was there this morning. This is the only location I will take them for now own .

I always have amazing experiences at Tropical Smoothie in mount dora! The smoothies were delicious and refreshing, but what truly made my visit special was the outstanding service from Shante. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s always a pleasure to be served by someone so warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!! We have purchased several and I mean several acai bowls and we pay extra for items. NEVER DO THEY PUT THEM ON BUT YET CHARGE YOU!!!! I even called and spoke with the manager.. she said bring them in and we will add them. So I sent daughter went bk in and the manager was extremely rude. I have gone to several Tropical smoothie the one in Mt Dora is the worst !!!!

I go to Tropical Smoothie almost everyday. The employees have even learned me & my boyfriend’s names which is such a personal & welcoming touch! Shaunte' is such a great manager & I can tell she really does her absolute best to make customers feel welcomed & wanting to come back! She accommodates how you want your smoothie & makes great & knowledgeable suggestions!
The staff is really friendly and accommodating, even when they’re absolutely slammed. I appreciate them doing their best, even when they have a line out the door.

Hey service was immaculate!!!! Welcoming me at the door, smiling and friendly! staff really when above and beyond to be me make the prefect smoothie . The flat bread was hot and fresh!!! Nice place to refuel for my lunch break!!!!! The staff work hard, dealing with morning and lunch rush with little staff, with grace and enthusiasm!!!! Thank you for always having a welcoming, clean environment for me and my family!!!!

I’m not sure why I keep seeing such bad inaccurate reviews. It’s always a pleasure walking into this place. The workers always greet me when I come in. They have great attitudes always ready to serve. They always ask how I’m doing, take my order and I always get my order so fast. Such beautiful smiles, amazing service. It’s sad that others come in with bad attitudes and blame the workers.
