Very poor customer service!That was my review about a year ago and decided that maybe they were just having a bad day, so I decided to frequent the place again and to my surprise I had a really great experience and decided to return daily and really enjoyed it! Unfortunately today the manager showed her true colors and was probably one of the most disgusting humans I have ever encountered in my entire life, with that being said, I will never in this lifetime return to this establishment! I'd rather give my money to people who actually respect their clientele!

Went in there my mother asked if dogs were allowed in they told us yes then when we went in the manager came in and said they couldn’t be in there which is fair, but then we leave and we realized they forgot one of our sandwiches we went back only for them to one not be able to refund us and two they didn’t know how to make the sandwich so they took another while to make it and our lunch break was almost over and it’s been around 40 minutes and the sandwich still hadn’t been made, and there was barely anyone in the store would not recommend going here especially during your lunch break.

My experience was so disappointing that I feel compelled to leave a 1-star review.First and foremost, my order was completely wrong. Not only was it incorrect, but when I brought this to the attention of the staff, they insisted on charging me to correct it. I found this to be unacceptable, as the mistake was entirely on their end.Furthermore, the wait time for my order was exorbitant. I waited approximately 45 minutes to receive my order, which is completely unreasonable for a smoothie establishment.Overall, I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the level of service and attention to detail at your Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I had high expectations for my visit, but unfortunately, they were not met. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the issues at hand to ensure a better experience for future customers.

Stopped by to pick up an online mobile order, and when I arrived they were closed and there were not any signs of the store opening. The hours online and on the door said 8am opening, it was 8:05 and the store was completely dark. I waited around til 8:15am and not one sign of anyone showing up at all. (Genuinely hope the employee that was set to open the store is okay - however by the looks of other reviews this wasn't the first time.) I had already paid for my order and there was no way to cancel it in the app. I will no longer preorder... due to being charged with no way to cancel.

I ordered a Greek yogurt and fruit bowl and they got my order wrong… on top of that the fruit was so spoiled it tasted like alcohol. Definitely disappointed and most likely won’t try again.

Fantastic. Service was no issue. Got our smoothies fast and fresh. We drank them all so fast we needed to find a rest stop soon after ? this location is the real deal folks. They were absolutely on point here. Thanks so much for everything! We will be back.

I was glad to see that we have a TSC locally. Ordered online and my food was ready when I got there, BUT the food smells like it's gone bad. It smells like the place smelled, like a dumpster! This place needs some attention. Get it together!!

I’m conflicted as to what to say here. I love TSC. Their smoothies got me through a rough patch with cancer. I only want to say good things. Great shakes. Tasty food.Unfortunately we’ve had our share of issues at this location. Mostly related to food. Get the wrong wrap. Or get a wrap with rice in it that is hard as rocks (undercooked or old from the fridge) Or saucing out of proportion too much or too little.I know folks are working hard and we never complain when it happens, cause we don’t want to be a bother. And most of the time it seems one poor staff member is assigned to handle all of the food orders so they get pretty backed up and harried.Hopefully things get worked out or we’ll likely stop going here to get food. The hit/miss ratio is too off balance. Still loving the smoothies though!
