My mother visited first time from Key West and we celebrated my birthday and being together! The waitress Sea was friendly and smiling! Great service and learned she's also the bar manager and said she loved working there..which is good to hear.They have live music on weekends which that night was a couple.the ambiance was pleasant and I loved everything we ordered especially the orange old fashioned drink which I didn't think I was going to like since I'm a Jack Daniel's lady
I loved it! Admired the extensive whisky list..very detailed selection.Tried the daily homemade bacon jam and devoured it.my mother and I enjoyed a lovely dinner visit and we highly recommend you check it out!

I was so happy to see the portion size actually reflects the cost. Every dish my table ordered was a great size. Their sausage gravy on the biscuits were very flavorful. Its hard to find a good sausage gravy. Everything we ate was well flavored. The rye bread was incredible on the reuben. The veggie omelet wasn't runny, and was loaded with fully cooked veggies. Good amount of variations as well.

Its a small tight fit in their. They offer high tops, bar seating, tables, & booths. It gets very noisy. They clearly know this due to the sound buffers on the ceiling. They decor is cute and bathrooms very nice. There's not much room for a wheelchair though.

The service was very quick and concise. Nice staff who made us feel appreciated. So glad we stumbled across this spot!

We have been going to whiskey kitchen since they opened. Up until today, we always had a great experience - awesome food and amazing service. Unfortunately our visit today was not the same. Our waitress was extremely rude because she became very upset that we sent back food that was burnt and incorrectly prepared. The food took a very long time and they seemed to have forgotten the lemon pepper on the wings. They had hardly any seasoning at all. Very disappointing especially given our bill was over $200 for 6 people (no alcoholic drinks)

We came in for lunch today and saw Kimberly. We tried a couple new seasonal drinks, they were delicious. Food was amazing as always. Definitely recommend!

Was there hosting a large post wedding brunch. The restaurant and staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating towards the large group. The food was delicious too.

Was very disappointed on there manager, she was rude, we had a group of 8 and 6 of us got our dinner and the other 2 waited 25 minutes meanwhile we were done eating and there food came out cold and the excuses the manager gave us wasn’t making sense, they didn’t eat there meal and they never offered to take it off bill, also was charged for 2 cocktails instead of one. This manager shouldn’t be one, you never should argue with a customer, will never go back

We decided to give this place a try and ordered several burgers. They all came out burnt, dry, and clearly sitting under a heat lamp. It took over 30 minutes for the food to arrive, and our server, while nice, took a long time to check back and never updated us about the delay.

Three of us have over 20 years of experience in hospitality, so we understand that mistakes happen but this level of service was truly embarrassing. We sent back two burgers, and management offered 50% off items on the bill plus a $40 gift card, which I declined because it could only be used on a following visit, yeah, no thanks!

They also argued about removing the bad burgers because “some was eaten.”
We didn't even want any compensation, we just wanted the 2 burgers removed. They were really bad!

The burgers we asked to have removed were worth less than the gift card they were offering. Make it make sense! I kept pointing out that we ordered them medium, but they came out well done.

They say their policy is that they only give discounts or gift cards, they don’t remove food. Even if it's awful and poorly made?!!! Brilliant policy! To top it off, the check was still wrong.

If you’re craving charcoal and confusion, this place has you covered. Otherwise, save your appetite, money (and sanity) and eat literally anywhere else. Anywhere else!!

Party of 8, we ordered first, our burgers came out half an hr after everyone else was finished eating, Mgr came over we voiced our concern, she berated us. My burger was cold and not edible. Mgr needs to know customer come first, there should never be excuses only apologies! I was served gluten free bread instead of a bun and husband’s burger came without a bun! Not acceptable

We came in for lunch today, all the staff was very friendly. We sat at the bar with Alisha, she was absolutely fantastic, food was served promptly and my burger was cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend the smoked old fashion!

We both had the filet mignon and shared the whiskey sampler platter. Both steaks were cooked perfectly and the sampler was delicious!! Excellent service and drinks from the bar!!

The service is always great and great atmosphere! We have gone several times and have always had great food. Tonight the food was is not good. Kids chicken, filet mignon and burger all no flavor, chicken and burger too dry and the filet was too rare. For the price we paid it was even more upsetting. Im not sure if this was just an off night but not sure we will be going back. its just too expensive to not be good.

Service was excellent, the burger was excellent and the Bourbon selection was excellent.
