We order from here often. It is a small family owned & ran takeout restaurant. The food is good, always hot, large portions, reasonably priced, and ready very quickly. You will always see their 2 kids in the restaurant and the young boy helps out with the cash register never had an issue with him taking my order or cashing me out. For all those who complain I think it teaches responsibility. Love this place

Raw onions, old chewy chicken, salt as main flavoring.Nothing like sitting down to some chicken lo mein with really bitter raw onion and almost every bite. And I am an onion lover! Totally ruined the dish for me. It was also extremely salty and didn't have much other flavor going on. The chicken was extremely rubbery and chewy. I'm pretty sure it was cooked in advance and just thrown back in with the noodles instead of being done fresh.

When you walk in, no one greets you. There is a child running the register who is always on his iPad talking with his friend. The food is sub par. Will not be going back.

This is a takeout restaurant and serves good food. We visited 4 years ago and again recently on 12/01/2023 and found the food to be excellent both times. We have never tried any of the spicier dishes but a dining partner did and approved.

I have now ordered twice from this place. The first time, the food was just adequate. Tonight, I only had the house fried rice, and for the most part, it was flavorless. I make better fried rice myself. I feel I should get my money back. Prices are higher than I am used to, and I am from a big city. Someone please tell me about a Chinese restaurant near me that is better than adequate.

Happened to be staying overnight nearby and thought, since our favorite Chinese takeout in Jacksonville is a Wok & Roll, this location would be a good idea. WRONG. Instead we wasted $54.The Fried Pork Dumplings were so overcooked, the outside impossible to chew and the filling was crumbly. They went into the trash.Chicken on Stick appeared to be quite old, texture of jerky and no flavor. They, too, went into the trash. The Boneless Spare Ribs had lots of fat & cartilage, but completely lacking in flavor. Maybe I'll try added some Chinese BBQ sauce to these as leftovers. The General Chicken was good, had nice flavor but zero heat. The menu mentioned the Orange Chicken was "breaded & fried" but the General Chicken only stated "fried" so I thought maybe it wouldn't be breaded, but it was.The Vegetable Chow Mei Fun was very good, and pretty much saved dinner.Next time coming through the area, we will avoid this place. Very disappointing.

I have been eating here since they opened and I have never had a bad meal. I often get several dishes to have easy dinners. It is good standard Chinese American food. It is takeout. The family that runs it is friendly. It's very much comfort food and in our community we love it. If you want fancy Chinese food go to Orlando. If you want good, affordable Chinese American favorites to take home and eat while you watch Netflix Wok n Roll won't let you down.
