He operates out of Arcadia now. I called and scheduled pickup. Joe was super friendly and helpful. Bagged fingerlings in heavy duty plastic bags and oxygenated water. I bought 220 fish and only 2 died from the rough highway, I'm about 1 hr from Arcadia. I will definitely will buy more from Joe in the future.
