We recently celebrated my birthday at 21 Spices (they were not told it was my birthday) and our waiter, Abhishek, overheard our conversation and brought me a delicious dessert with a lit candle to the table. Not only was I moved by his kindness but it was the finishing touch to an extraordinary meal we all enjoyed. The food was hot and delicious, the beverages were varied and also yummy and the atmosphere is just beautiful. We had a wonderful time and I just wanted to make sure this waiter and this restaurant was given accolades they so well deserve. Thank you for a lovely evening❣️Kid-friendliness: We had our 3 month old grandson with us and were given a table that was sensitively placed for us and other diners. As it turned out, he was a quiet little customer and we were so happy.

Don’t go here, prices are terrible, food is ok, but what trumps everything is the very poor service. Just ridiculously slow and you have to go and get drinks yourself. The staff really pays no attention to you but in a party of 12 like we had, they charge you 20% automatically. They deserved nothing for the poor service they provided. Never going back there and I’m telling everybody to avoid the place.

Quite disappointing after reading so many positive reviews, food taste was normal, not authentic like Hyderabadi food as the chef was from HyderabadService and staff were extremely polite and friendly and atmosphere was delightful

The signature tandoori chicken dish was AMAZING, and so was the nawabi paneer tikka. The dal wasn't the best. Overall, the ambiance is beautiful, and the service is good.

The attention to detail in the food and cocktails is as expected. The food was so delicious, we needed to try several different entrees, that included the grouper, beef, and goat.

Absolutely the worst service we have ever had in Naples or anywhere!!! Extremely slow with cocktails and dinner took two and a half hours to get to us. Our table got food at different times and my wife’s meal was never brought out. Had to wait and everyone else was done by the 5pm she got hers. Servers had no idea who ordered what and had to stand there and ask who got what. Got a dinner that nobody ordered. Unbelievable confusion and very slow. Completely destroyed a celebration evening out.

This place is ridiculous. We went there for dinner last night and thought it would live up to the hype. It did not!The service was beyond terrible. It took over 45 minutes to get drinks and appetizers. The food came an hour later. The waiter was unavailable the whole time and had a bad attitude about everything. The food was disgusting. Not only that, I have been up all night sweating and sick. I ordered a mild lamb dish. It had no flavor and had chewy lamb in it that wasn’t even edible. To make matters worse, the waiter snuck in a giant tip on our bill and refused to remove it when we confronted him about his service. We usually tip well over 20% but this guy deserved to be fired let alone get a 30% tip.We will never go back. This place is borderline criminal

Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Fifty minutes and not even our drinks showed up. Never even got to order our meals. Their food is definitely not worth the aggravation of dining there. We had a booked and multiple confirmed reservation. But the greeter with long dreadlocks kept us waiting and others. She forgot our names twice and was clueless in dealing with greeting and processing dinner guests. . Made us wait 15 minutes after said we are busy you’ll need to wait a minute. We finally got a seat in the bar area. No waitress showed up. I ask the bartender for two drinks…he hears the order but runs off and ignores me and never follows up plus he also tells me he’s busy. It takes us 25 minutes to even see a waitress who then forgets our two drink order and embarrassed has to come back much later to ask again and write it down again. She looks 12 years old and not familiar with basic drinks. She then never shows up with the drinks. We left after 50 minutes. It was disgusting to watch such a bunch of losers and complainers screw up a Valentine’s Day dinner. Other customers there also said to me the service was very delayed and poor. Perhaps the ugly food truck I had to look at from my booth is what you should focus on running but not a restaurant.

I have been to India many times, and to the Bay area in California. This restaurant is as good as anywhere. Service can be a little slow/inconsistent, so order a big drink!

Vegans/Allergy People- BEWARE. Long post but I felt compelled to share due to what led my anaphylactic daughter to use Benadryl due to an allergic reaction from eating here. We walked in the night before because we were having dinner next door at Kareem’s (which is wonderful), to see if the menu could accommodate to my daughters dairy and peanut allergy. The lady at the front counter was super sweet and gave us the vegan menu which looked amazing. We booked for the next evening at 5:30. We arrived the next day and the waiter gave us the regular menu and we were baffled because there wad nothing vegan on the menu. We ask our waiter for the vegan menu and he said “there is no vegan menu, it’s what’s on the regular menu.” As this was happening, the lady from the front walked over to our table and handed us the vegan menu (she remembered from the day before). The waiter had NO idea this menu existed! Regardless, We ordered the vegan spinach chaat for my daughter and wife and tikka masala for me (I’m not vegan). We were extremely specific about our daughter’s condition. The waiter brought out papadum and 3 chutneys. We asked him if the chutneys had any dairy or peanuts. He was clueless and had to go find out. Same with the papadum if it was fried in peanut oil. These are things you, as a server/wait staff, should find out about BEFORE you serve an allergy table. Nevertheless, he went to go ask (and the green chutney had yogurt in it!). Thank God mourn daughter didn’t eat it. Next came out our appetizers and initially we thought the spinach chaat had vegan yogurt on it, but I tried it first. And of course, it was regular dairy yogurt. I complained and asked for a manager. No one came out. We ordered our meals of 2 vegan curry’s with rice and I got a naan bread for myself. On the menu both curries are listed with different ingredients. When they come out, they are duplicate copies of each other. The taste is slightly off, but same veggies, curry sauce and consistency. My daughter has 2 bites of the rice (which they claimed had no butter or ghee) and some of the curry. Her throat starts itching right away and lip is started to swell. We had to have her pop a Benadryl to see if that would take care of it, and if not, we would have used her epi-pen. In the interim, the waiter apologized for bringing out the same two curries and told us to pick something else and they would take care of it. Atleast all courtesy wasn’t dead at this restaurant. The food was really good, but I would not recommend this place to anyone that has any type of allergies. I mean, isn’t the staff/waiter suppose to know the difference between vegan and vegetarian and other dietary restrictions? Shouldn’t they be trained on the severity of allergies and how it can actually kill someone?? I guess one can hope (especially when they have a dedicated vegan menu in the restaurant). We definitely won’t be coming back EVER. I truly hope the owner reads this with an open mind and understands where we are coming from as Parents of a child with allergies.Dietary restrictions: They have a vegan menu but I don’t think they understand what a vegan is.

Our first visit was a small rollercoaster but patience wins the day. Water service started with a linguistics challenge to order a bottle of still water vs tap. We got some great aqua panna. The service was more of 4.5 stars. The table behind us order sparkling water and requested a wine chiller , this was delivered as requested. The food was slow to arrive but we'll worth the wait. Everything was delicious. We chicken Tikka masala it was excellent. I order chicken biryani for the first time ever. All I can say is wow. The presentation and flavors were remarkable. It seems I was a beneficiary of a mix up and received the Chef Asif Biryani. It was amazing. Cheers!! Our waiter was very good and visited us just the right amount the staff seems to very locked in to ensure a good service. The location and design of the space portrays a high end experience to match the gastronomic creations. We will return.
