My favourite cafe in Naples

I stopped in this afternoon for an iced latte. I did not realize until I was leaving that the espresso was pre-made in a big plastic container behind the counter. The espresso tasted old and plastic-y and the latte was terrible.

This is such a charming spot for a cozy coffee and a quick breakfast if you find yourself in the Naples area!

Cute place to meet up with people. Seemed clean but a bit unorganized. Appreciate they have water on the counter to get yourself. We went later in the day in the off-season... I think they were closing soon. Reasonably priced. The staff was good. DON'T use the outdoor S&P on the tables... birds eat directly from it. Was odd to watch. 🐦

We just got iced coffee, however it was very nice and we sat outside and enjoyed watching the world go by.

The staff was very rude. We were coming in to order and sat down as we just went on a walk and it was so hot out. An older man came up after not 3 minutes and asked us to order at the counter. He was very condescending and pushy. It made us feel uncomfortable and there are many ‘friendlier’ places than this like The Cafe up the road. The food there is insane too! This older man that worked there chased us out and again started saying snarky comments as we left. Because why would we stay and pay for their food. It was such a failure of humanity and if this restaurant is this desperate for our service maybe they should consider doing other things.

Not a Karen, but truly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a while.

Pros:
-food was decent

Cons:
-got my order wrong
-food took 45 min despite nobody else being in the cafe
-water station water had specks of dirt in every cup
-water station was emptied, but staff never refilled it despite several customers asking for more water
-staff sat around on phones

I would recommend to owner or manager to evaluate your current team. (Speaking from someone who has worked in service industry for 10 years, this was pretty sad)

Great place to have something fast and Yummy with great price and exelente view... Don't forget to walk the 5th Ave lost of Art Shops and great for a nice day in Naples

Coffee was in a dispenser latte was rly water and bad. Service was bad. Atmosphere nice I wouldn’t recommend

Very good food!!!

Nice relaxing location on 5th Avenue. Indoor and outdoor seating. Good selection of hot and cold, sweet, and savoury food. Great gluten free cookies

Very disappointing! Order is forgotten and then tries to blame someone else for taking it. Spoke with the owner who had extreme attitude. No apologies offered! Never returning and be sure to tell my friends of the poor service.

Had breakfast on Sunday at 5th Avenue Coffe Co. My wife loves the muffins and I had the lox and bagels. Both were excellent. The staff is very friendly, the service is fantastic, and it is a lot of fun to sit outside in downtown Naples. We very much enjoy this place. I highly suggest it.
