The menu has many options, including unique wines, and the food and service were excellent. For lunch, I had the borscht, eggplant, and chebureki. All delicious. They were also preparing a special Valentines Day menu that I wish I could've tried. Something to look forward to next season.

I have been in Uzbekistan and tried so many dishes so I knew every dish I ordered and had particular expectations. Unfortunately this restaurant was a disappointment… Manti were tasteless with torn dough, no juicy of course. Chebureki were deep fried like it was fried a couple of times so you can feel only the oil taste. Plov was not a uzbeki plov, it was just rice with some carrots and meat. The price is so high for such bad quality.

We had an awful experience dining here weeks before it closed for summer break. The owner was nice and all, but she was the only person cooking and serving, and the food was subpar. Chebureki looked like they were deep frozen for a while and then deep fried. Plov tasted as if it were cooked yesterday at the very least. Manti were also frozen before they were cooked. I would give it another chance after it reopens in October 2023.

We always like to try a style of food that we had not previously tried. So when we saw a restaurant listing traditional food from Uzbekistan, we were definitely intrigued. We got the dinner for two to try a little bit of everything. It was definitely a great choice. The Uzbek food is a combination of traditional Uzbek food with the influence of many other cultures. For instance, dolmas were included in the sampler. I have tried both Greek and Middle Eastern style dolmades, and these had a unique taste. Everything on the dinner for two was delicious and had many different flavors and textures. The owner was very nice and did the cooking herself. It's a small restaurant, about six tables inside and tables outside, but they do take reservations. It was a unique and delicious experience.

We came to Florida for our mini vacation and wanted to find some delicious food to eat. I did my research and found this amazing restaurant. We were their first customers at 11am. This place was amazing. The lady wearing a hijab was amazing(so sorry we didn't get her name). Took our order fast with a smile on her face. Everything came so fast. The whole time she did not go far to make sure we were taken care off. She was sooooooo nice. We were very happy with everything. Restraunt is small, but cozy. Just the way we love it. Very hommy feel and so beautiful. Thank you so much for an amazing service, beautiful place and amazing food. For our next Florida vacation we will definitely be back. By the way love way all the food was decored and what it came out in. So beautiful.

We were excited to find this Uzbek restaurant and given the positive reviews, decided to give it a try and ordered three meals for pick-up last week. I don't like giving small businesses bad reviews, but we were really disappointed. The amount and quality of our meals simply did not justify the high price (over $100 for 3 small entrees) We ordered the seafood risotto, the shrimp kabab and the stuffed cabbage. There were a lot of shrimp in the kebab, but it was tough and not flavorful. Not only was the shrimp in the the seafood risotto ($38) also tough, but the portion was much smaller and the risotto was super mushy. The stuffed cabbage (I believe it was almost $30) was the best, but for the cost, one would expect some kind of side. Perhaps the traditional dishes would have been better. I know inflation has affected restaurants pricing and portions, but having enjoyed many substantially better meals at much lower prices in the Naples area I feel like Alfonsa can do better.

My wife, a friend, and I had delicious meals. Very interesting food. The atmosphere was very nice and the hostess lovely. In downtown Naples , you can't get in many restaurants until 8:30. Afsona is a little gem just a few blocks north of 5th avenue on Route 41. Give it a try.

I asked for beef wrap but I could hardly see meat in it . It was all vegetables. It’s not cheap too .. I am disappointed.. I asked for tea hoping it would be traditionally made tea but it was the cheapest tea bags..Even Starbucks has much higher quality tea bags .. This is an expensive restaurant but quality is not good comparing to what you pay..

This quaint restaurant is simply splendid! We tried everything from the wine to the dessert; and, everything was unbelievably good. This is the best restaurant in Naples. From the food to the decor, this restaurant provides a one of kind experience that is sure to invite even the pickiest of eaters back for more!

We found this place by just driving by. We never had an Uzbek food, and although not many people were inside, we decided to give a try.Wow!!! What a wonderful experience: from beet soup to dolma appetizer, kebabs, and desserts, all cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. We had a wonderful server - Zulayho, a lovely girl that arrived in the US barely 7 months ago, who treated us humbly with a gorgeous smile. We will be back in here!!!

Afsona restaurant in on 9th St in a quiet calm area, with indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outside tonight enjoying the beautiful evening. Our dinner was delicious, the service friendly , pleasant and efficient. It was our first encounter with the cuisine of Uzbekistan, and we loved it. I ate the Uzbek Palov, a National dish, of rice, beef, vegetables, raisins and pomegranate seeds, served with a salad and yogurt sauce on the side. My husband had the Uzbek Beshmarbaq which was a beef and vegetable stew with pasta in very light sauce. The multi layer Medovik cake was delicious and definitely enough for two.

We had eaten here in 2020 during the pandemic on our last night in Naples. A late night wine / dessert stop. It was Amazing n we had fun w the waiter. The menu looked I interesting so we knew we’d come back. So glad we did- and had a next to perfect diner- and another great waiter Z. She was so sweet. Our meal - nothing we haven’t had before - from appetizers - to desserts - but prepared in a such a different manner. It was a pleasure to dine here. And the wine n expresso delicious as well.
