There were four of us there for lunch and we basically had no complaints at all. The quality of the food is more than good for the price/performance ratio. Everything was delicious and well presented on the table. For the 5 ave it couldn't be cheaper. The ambience is great, if you sit outside you have to expect the Lamborghini show-offs every now and then who make a lot of noise in order to be seen. But it's not a disadvantage for Alberto's, it's normal on this streetParking: There is a large free parking garage behind the restaurant
Great location and decor. Wait staff was slow and seldom seen. Wait staff was not welcoming. Food was adequate but not for price... expected more.

We have always had a wonderful dining experience at Albertos. Takes us back to dining in Rome, authentic Italian cooking, simple ingredients prepared to perfection. Pasta is made in-house and delectable.
All three of us had delicious meals, attentive service, and a very enjoyable time. My only criticism was the noise level. The restaurant was packed on a busy in-season Saturday night, and the acoustics did not lend themselves to muffling sound.
The hand made pasta was outstanding. The salads as well. Great wine list. FYI-no kid's menu. They made a pasta dish half price but not great for a child. Would definitely go back but bring food for our grandchild.

Food was good. Waiter (victor) was not very personable (no smile) or attentive. We had to ask for drinks and water and seemed more interested in freeing up our table. Mentioned to us there were people waiting for our table. We were a party of 4 and were there about two hours. We had dinner, drinks and dessert. We did not hold the table up for any unreasonable amount of time for a party of four. We would have understood if we were lingering without purchase but we were finishing with dessert and another glass of wine. Still we tipped generously.
Waitress was very attentive to our needs. She offered suggestions which was helpful since it was our first time. Waitress highly suggested the short rib entree and it was outstanding. Meat was so tender it just pulled apart easily with a fork. We will be back!

Very good food and service. The inside is to be avoided if you want conversation, very noisy. Outside seating on the street isn't very good either due to the proximity of traffic and various idiots gunning their engines. We sat in a small space between buildings that was fine.
We ordered the seafood special which we were told was shrimp, scallop and mussels. It arrived and was all fish, one scallop, 2 shrimp and a few mussels. When I told the server that he didn't tell us that there was fish in it, he said that sometimes they put fish in and sometimes they don't-you just never know. I understand it is high season in Naples but he was an inattentive server, the food was very lackluster and we were sitting right on the street and it was really loud. It was incredibly expensive for what you got. Will never go back.
