9/26/2024 violently sick from food served

Got a dozen oyster Rockefeller big mistake they came out the shell wasn’t warm neither were the oysters. They tasted odd and lacked salinity. We took the spinach off one and smell it. Smelled like sour ammonia. I ate 3-4 my girlfriend had 2. We told the waiter something wasn’t right I even explained I wasn’t feeling well. She told me all oysters were shucked in the morning and then prepared when ordered. Makes sense improperly stored oysters tend to make people sick.She took 50% off of the oysters on the tab. An hour later we are both violently sick with diarrhea and throw up. Called and the manager to tell her and she hung up on me after getting defensive. Saying we don’t shuck our oysters in the morning contradicting her employees.

Very unprofessional establishment being run here.

It was recommended as a “family friendly restaurant” but we didn’t realize it was a bar until we got there. The atmosphere seems cool if you like loud music and drinking. The inside decor is a bit weird, canoe, fish, puppets, old artifacts, not quite sure what the theme is. The food was ok, the only thing we enjoyed was the shrimp & crab wontons, everything else was mediocre and over priced. The waitress was very sweet, although she seemed very stressed out, seems like management may put a lot of pressure on them. We wouldn’t go back, it was shocking that this is a recommended place by a lot of people, this can’t be the best Naples has to offer.

Absolutely the best fried shrimp I've ever had! great wait staff and friendly atmosphere.

There's definitely nothing warm, welcoming, or friendly about this place. The smell upon entering is off-putting. In the end, it worked out as another establishment got our business. We were extremely disappointed with the service when trying to find seating for our party. Despite plenty of open tables, they insisted on putting us in an undesirable spot. When I requested a different table, they refused and kept trying to squeeze us into a small corner. Although we were a party of 3, we would have spent as much as a party of 6.

Delicious food. Buffalo shrimp were huge and delicious. Our server Mia was very attentive and provided an excellent service.
Raw oysters were fresh and tasty.

My husband and I came here last night for dinner. I had the grilled grouper and he had the fried shrimp and oysters. He said his meal was just okay. My meal was not good. The grouper was very rubbery and tasted as if it had almost been frozen, although the menu said it was fresh. The place is very small when you walk into meet the hostess, almost cramped. I never finish all my dinner and I always take it home with me. This time I didn't even take the remaining food home.

Food was good but the shrimp/oyster combo could have had more French fries. I realize how expensive seafood is for restaurants but they could have rounded off the platter with a decent serving of fries.

Not much going on when we arrived so we were seated right away. Great service and some of the best Fish & Chips I have experienced in a long time. The breading was just right, not too thick as I seem to find in other places. I was only in town for the day however, should I again find myself in this area I will do my best to dine at Alice's Bar & Grille.

A small neighborhood bar and grill. Very popular. My "Little Bitty Bite Size Burgers" and Cajun Fries tasted great. Service was excellent.
