I personally love the atmosphere it's old timey seems like it's from the 80s but I'm a 90s baby, so who knows.., but I hands down prefer good food over ambiance, any day. This places food was amazing. Not a fan of the spinach, but the bacon and the steak were awesome. The staff is so pleasant and attentive and friendly. Nicest wait staff I've ever had.

The New York strip was very good as was the service. The atmosphere felt like I was at a diner just off the interstate in Central Florida or an Elks Lodge. I honestly wouldn’t have been shocked if a ceiling tile fell on my head while I was eating.The server was great. All in all it’s pricey for what it is. I’m glad I went alone and didn’t go on date. Basically $150 per person if you have 2 drinks. I can’t stress enough that is has no ambiance. Dimmer lighting , some candles, and background music would go a long way.

Well... I need to update my review. After talking with the restaurant manager (a sharp, concerned and quality focused gentleman) named Chris, I've changed my Service Rating to 5 stars and Overall Rating to 4 stars because of him. After explaining what had occurred, he quickly credited the charge and will address the concerns in house. He also asked for my other input on the food, drinks, etc. My faith has been restored and I look forward to my next visit for a great meal and to meet Chris!
Coming from a huge fan of Peter Lugar's in NYC, I'm saddened to write a bad review. My biggest complaint and I plan to take additional action...is the waiter changing the numbers on the credit card receipt to give himself $180 and 27.7% tip. The food was not up to Peter Lugar's standards for the second time in a row too. I hope the honest and sincere comments motivate you to correct the issues because I would love to remain a customer.

Was recommended this place by my gay best friend, my normal obese friend, and my bug friend who is African-American. The food was great, the vibes were amazing, and I highly recommend that you bring a big appetite almost as big as my normal obese friends size. 10/10 never coming here again!

The epitome of old school Steak House. Steak made my top 5 steakhouse for entrees , coming from visits to virtually every top of the line establishment from coast to coast. May not look like much as you pull in the parking lot, so don’t look for the valet but the food and service are 5 star+!
