I was given the wrong cake. I stopped by to pick up a cake for a family celebration last week. After seeing what they had, I ordered a Red Velvet cake. When I unboxed it later that evening I discovered it wasn’t what I ordered. It was some kind of chocolate cherry cake. I checked my receipt and learned they had charged me for a German Chocolate Cake, also not what I ordered. At $48 it was pricey for a small cake, even for Naples, and especially considering it wasn’t what I asked for. It wasn’t a bad cake, just not what I ordered. I probably won’t be back. Wynn’s has better cakes for less money, and I always get what I ordered there.

This is my favorite and probably the best bakery in all of SWLF. I’ve been coming here for almost 6-7 years and the quality has never changed… top tier! great service! and a wonderful owner. I always get birthday cakes here and that deep dish apple pie should be illegal 😂 Keep up the great work and thank you for the great food.

Came in for a coffee this morning. Then came back a little later & ordered a few smoothies for the family. It’s a Saturday morning & they were slammed with customers. Yet the staff was so polite & helpful. Very impressed by the customer service. Love that they offer organic. Drinks were great. Everything looks delicious. Will be coming back!

I got 2 coffees, 1 Tiramisu and 1 chocolate chips cookies (they gave us 1 extra for free ❤️). Everything was DELICIOUS 😋. I'm definitely coming back. Also the servers were so nice and kind.

Ordered 2 coffees and a lime pie. Given a number, asked to pick a seat. Did just that. Coffees were out in 5 mins. Lime pie nowhere to be seen. Employees too busy yapping about nonsense, and no one competent is supervising.

They use to be the best cake company for a special occasion. Company has lost its customer service and cake quality. Cakes are expensive, not fresh, or iced pretty. Super disappointing. I had to throw out the entire cake it was so bad. Manager was not helpful
The BEST oatmeal cookie I have ever had 😍. So fresh and you could taste it was homemade. Their choc chip cookie is amazing too and the sugar free cheesecake was also really good. Pretty place and so many options to choose from.

Came in during the farmers market, which was probably more hectic than usual. The apple pie was awesome, but the cinnamon bun was a bit too sweet for me. Prices were reasonable.
