the best staff! delicious food. great manager!
The food was OK. I had the crab cake Benedict. The eggs were cooked nicely but the crab cake was less of a cake and more of a mush. But worse was the truly dreadful service. I went on my own. The host said if I was willing to sit at the bar, she could seat me more quickly and she would let me know as soon as a space was available. I waited about 10 mins and heard the host telling a couple who had just walked in there were 2 seats available at the bar and proceeded to seat them. When I eventually got seated at the bar, the service was terrible and it became clear the staff had no idea what they were doing. It seemed to be pretty chaotic. My meal took at least 25 minutes to arrive. Way too slow.
Definitely a southern flare, our waitress Ana was great, the staff friendly. I had their Lobster and City Grits, delicious and savory. When we come back to town this is a definite stop to make.L not forget the complimentary Beignets!
If I could give it a zero, I would. It was horrible. Got there around 1pm. Asked for a table outside. 6 tables outside. None were cleaned off. MOD was polite and cleaned one off for us. Waitress came, took drink order. She was good with water,, but waited 15 minutes for cocktails. I went to the restroom which looked like a bomb hit it. Only five tables filled inside the restaurant. No one had food yet. MOD who seated us said restaurant just cleared out with “complainers”. Cocktails arrived. Bloody Mary’s were bland at best. Food arrived from runner who did not know who got what. My fried tomatoes were not dry, but very little sauce. The “over spinach”;part of my plate was spinach leaves with stems and diced red pepper. My 6 year old grandson could have plated better. Waited 15 minutes for waitress to return with bill. We had to go find her to get it. Horrible food. Horrible service. Clearly no one has any training there. Stay away!
Thank you for your recent visit. We are thrilled to hear you had exceptional service, and appreciate your feedback on your menu selections. We hope to see you again soon.
Thank you for the great review, Jodi. We are delighted your first Another Broken Egg Cafe experience was excellent and that the food and coffee made such a great impression. We can't wait to see you again soon!
Love these restaurants - but today was disappointing - food was great as usual but our server(Angelica) needs some extra training - her attitude was more relevant to a bar rather than a restaurant . She came to our table and knelt on the chair beside me to take our order - after that she never approached our table to see if everything was ok - we had to ask another waitress for coffee top up as our waitress seemed more interested in chatting loudly at the bar and complaining about how long a day it had been- when we finished she arrived with the cheque and slapped it down on the table with a “this is for you” comment - amazing how one individual can bring down the reputation of a restaurant but I’m sure that this is just a “one off”
Food was good service was better.
We’ve been to a few of these restaurants around Florida. We have found them all to be good and this one in Naples is no exception. The staff was very friendly and informative about the menu. The menu options were nice if you wanted healthy or if you wanted to be bad. I got the carnitas eggs Benedict over sweet cornbread. It was very delicious blend of spicy and sweet. My husband got the quinoa bowl which was equally as tasty.
Great place and service. Good diverse menu! First time there!

According to my husband, I just ordered wrong, but I was very underwhelmed by the chilaquiles. Not much flavor, and flour tortilla chips.
Thanks for trying Another Broken Egg Cafe in Naples, Gary. We’re very sorry to hear you weren't fully satisfied with your recent visit. Feedback from our guests is always appreciated and will be shared with our team.
It's a unique breakfast experience. The menu is full of fun things to eat. For example, I have salmon Benedict, with poached eggs and capers. It was really good. You can even get Bloody Marys and other morning drinks there. The place fills up fast so get there early or later in the morning. The service is great, friendly and efficient. Try it, I think you will find it enjoyable. P.S. It is a little pricey but worth the money.
Thanks for sharing the great review, we are glad you had an amazing visit.
Breakfast was outstanding. Our waitress was even better, very attentive, professional, and sweet. When she brought out our food this morning the stand that she set up accidentally collapsed do to integrity problems, their for dropping our food. She was very apologetic and quickly addressed the issue and had our food remade very quickly. Me working in the food industry for 6+ years I've seen it all. I quickly stood up with my friend and we helped clean up the broken plates as best we could so no one would get hurt. We then asked where to put the plates and were told we could drop them off inside a bus tub in the entrance of the kitchen, so their for we did. I proceeded to exit the kitchen quickly. I was stopped by a man with short dark hair and a goatee, instead of saying thank you for all the help like everyone else. He rudely said "can I help you, you don't belong in here". Like I said before I have worked in the food industry for many years. I worked from being a busser on the front floor to being a general manager of multiple restaurants that were 3 times the size with 3 times the amount of issues and 3 times amount of employees. As a manager or a lead server on the floor the 1st thing you learn is to help out your coworkers or staff. Because without help the staff will suffer. The food industry is based off of teamwork not selfishness. Instead of coming up to me rudely and confrontational his 1st thing he should have done is to find spare time to help his coworker or staff their for we wouldn't have to do it. But instead he became confrontational and rude and let her suffer. It's the food industry things happen every single day and you cannot stop it. But that does not mean you can be confrontational with a customer that is just simply trying to help. Apparently his 3 to 4 table section was overwhelming him. I understand there's a routine that you have to follow but being rude to a customer that is simply trying to go out his way to help is ridiculous. Like I said our waitress was awesome, but that guy needs to go back to understanding basic customer service skills. I used to always tell my staff that "great customer service will always overcome bad food or long wait times any day of the week", apparently he's never been trained well.
