Ice cream was ok but customer service needs to be better! When I went there, the employees seemed distracted, inattentive, and it took a very long time for an ice cream. Also, one of the employees had an unhelpful attitude.

I went for a prepared chicharron, and what they sold me was cabbage with avocado, literally, they have no idea how to prepare what they say they sell, bad service, the girl was talking on the phone while she served me without paying attention to me, she leaves a lot to be desired this place...
I came in for a Mangonada this afternoon, and will be going back before my visit to the city is over.Everything about the Mangonada was good. Maybe not the most incredibly ripe mangoes ever, but overall it was a beautiful thing.I don't think the girl at the counter spoke English, but she was able to get somebody from the back that did when I had questions.I only got a Mangonada, but all the creams looked great, and the place was clean and bright.

Mrs. Graciela Morales' comment is not true, everyone who has visited the Naples Manor location knows that the boy is very kind with his service, I am a witness to this since he was arriving behind her and I personally saw that he paid her with a 10 dollar bill, the boy showed it to her and told her that he had paid with 20, then we stayed talking ?️ about those people who often want to take advantage of their age to steal from those who provide good service.
No one here spoke english and doesn’t have prices for foods, I asked what the price was for a certain food to determine what I wanted but the price wasn’t given to me, she just turned around and started making it. While she was making it, I kept asking what the price was and she acted like she couldn’t hear me. I asked for a small cup of corn and was overcharged. The price for the small cup of corn was about $6.

This place is the best place I've been in Naples. Claudia was very patient explaining the different items that i asked about... she was so helpful and I really appreciated her excellent customer service. I decided on the takislicos and their homemade ice cream bar, nuez (nuts). It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. WAY BETTER THAN I EVEN EXPECTED.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have visited Antojitos on several occasions, and I always ask that they give me only the Mango with Tajin and I pay for it as Mangonada, the truth is that it doesn't bother me. But I don't know if they have bad-tempered people who visit, but the customer service on three occasions has already been a little rude. I have recommended it to several friends, but I definitely won't go back. When I went, the boy asked him if he could make the mango (the fruit) not the ice cream with just the tajin and he looked at me like I was stupid and told me we're not doing it. And I explained to him that I have been there on other occasions and they serve it to me. He apparently didn't like my answer very much and told me no, we're not doing it. And he asked the girl and she said the same thing. Every time I go it is something different with the attitude and not with very good form. I hope they improve their attitude, honestly, because that's how they lose customers even though their snacks are delicious. My friend also says that she has been, and had a bad experience with customer service. It is a pity!
