So Impressed! I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich a couple days back and got home to see it was the wrong sandwich so I called the store and they told me to just come back will re make it no questions asked! I forgot to go up there and it has been a couple days since the incident so I was nervous to ask them to re make it but I decided to try. I pull up and tell the manager what had happened and he started apologizing and asked me what I needed! I told him it was just the sandwich that was wrong but he insisted he would give me a whole meal to make up for what happened. I was so thankful and he made sure everything was fresh as well you could tell the fries were right out of the fryer very hot and fresh. This act of kindness of going beyond means has made my whole day. So shout out to the manager DALLAS for being a hard and amazing worker. I appreciate you very much.

Ryan assisted my family in the drive through lane today. It was pouring rain, and he was so friendly. He made a chaotic situation pleasant, went out of his way for us and brightened our day. Hope he becomes a manager to train the rest of the staff. He’s a rare find. And this location could use someone like him.

The drive thru people were not friendly at all. And when I got home I didn’t even get the sandwich I ordered. I would go back & get it but I’ve been driving for two days & im exhausted! Very disappointed!

At 11:45 on Sunday I found myself hungry and looking for good hot food. To my surprise Arby's drive thru was opened and the order and food given very quickly. The fries were super hot and sandwich was delightful.

Although the Pulled Pork did not appeal to me the Slider and Original Beef n Cheddar actually seemed to Improve... great service also
The food came out Luke warm along. The Cherry turnover should have been warm or warmer

I don't know what happened to this place since the last time I got food here. It used to be decent, but $25.08 for two poorly assembled roast beef sandwiches and two large fries that smelled like fish and had what looked like little bits of everything they fried over that last week, is not worth more than a 1 star.
