I sat in the drive through for almost 20 mins. The car in front of me was extremely upset they gave her the wrong order and overheard her mentioning running late. I waited only to get the wrong order. I had to go inside to get my money back as I had no time to wait for my order to be remade. No one spoke English extremely unprofessional I will never be back. I highly discouraged anyone from this arbys.

One thing is for sure, the food was served HOT and tasted delicious. There was a 2 for 6.00 special going on, so we ordered 2 fish and when we ordered 1 roast beef, my husband complained that the sandwich was $6 something, the cashier could have suggested he order the 2 for 6.00 but didn't, after I looked at the menu, I found it and changed to the 2 for 6.00. Other than that, the cashier was very good. The drink station area which also contains the pump condiments had an awful smell, not sure why because it looked clean but stunk really bad. The staff in the back was VERY loud, not sure if they were arguing or just excitedly talking in creole so I couldn't tell. There were no customers at the counter or drive in, just the dining area but they were very loud in the back. One other suggestion, if someone orders 2 roast beef sandwiches, they should be allowed to receive the au jus for free and not have to pay 1.29. We paid because we like to dip the sandwich. We were very happy with the fish sandwich, crinkle fries and roast beef sandwiches.

Food was fresh, hot, and prepared well. The staff was friendly and made you feel welcome. The food was delicious roast beef sandwich with mozzarella sticks.
