Came here for lunch a couple of mins ago, very glad I did not spend anything here. 1 the lobby looked disgusting. Surfaces looked and felt sticky. I saw a roach crawl under the register that was my first red flag, 2 staff must not be aware of food safety or not taking it seriously - I saw one kitchen worker sneezing and coughing all over the place and when asked about they rolled their eyes and continued on with their day. Steer away from here

This lady was the rudeest possible, I lined up and waited patiently for the cinnamon pretzels to be there because they didn't have them available. I was with my three-month-old baby and when my order was ready I asked her to give me the dip and she told me that I should go back in line. I asked her why she was going to make me wait again if I had already been waiting for more than 15 minutes and very rude and in front of everyone she grabbed the dip and threw it in front of me and left. She didn't mind seeing me alone with a baby and treated me like garbage in front of everyone.

I loved going to the mall for pretzels at the pretzel twister but now it’s gone and this is the only stand there. I remember not liking it as a kid and now I remember why. Just tried it again and the pretzels were all burnt and dry. ?

My daughter loved this place, their bread is so fresh and the smell can be sensed from meters away from the venue. Very good and a very nice location

5 people standing around while we stand at the counter waiting to be served. They continue talking to each other, 3 of us continue waiting…minutes go by, no one comes to take our order…. Crazy…. We just walked away and went elsewhere.

Ordered three pretzels and they were a third of the size they should have been. When we complained. The cashier said it depends on who makes them.
You thing there would be a standard size that all store would adhere to.
