Visited Saturday and service and quality of food were definitely not what we have experienced in the past. We were seated immediately then had to wait 20 minutes for our drink order. Our pizza order was prepared wrong. Our waiter apologized and offered management response but no response materialized.

Came in on time for a takeout order they said would take 45 minutes and waited an additional half hour. Very few ***** given and sense of urgency demonstrated by staff. Pizza was then cold. Like was it just sitting around and I was waiting for nothing? Ordinarily pizza is great. Maybe hire outside consultants to improve efficiency? Google rating should be 4.6 or higher based on pizza recipe alone.

We've been big fans of Aurelio's pizza since growing up in the south suburbs of Chicago, but have missed them once we moved out of the area. We made a special trip to their Naples restaurant while on vacation in Florida. Same great thin crust pizza we loved! World's best in our opinion. Service was excellent and the setting was very nice... they've come along way from the original storefront in Homewood IL.We ordered a bigger pizza than we could eat and are looking forward to the leftovers.
