Nice location. Clean. Cool vibe. However, the cashier could not answer questions about their products. He told me he’s never had the two drinks I asked about. He was polite and said he wanted to make me happy and they would make the drink anyway I wanted it. But, be knowledgeable about your products and if you’re not, at least ask a coworker.

Ordered an Americano and Iced latte while still searching for an actually worthy coffee place in Naples amidst a sea of unexplicably highly reviewed places. The Americano tasted like a decent Ice Tea but definitely not an Americano. The Iced latte is no better than a Starbucks cup and that’s not a compliment. The place is cute. The service was nothing special, no hello, no smiles, no enthuthisasm. The “Baristas” didn’t seem highly trained or passionate about coffee. Can’t comment on the food.

Bad ass is the BEST coffee shop in town!! They have a huge selection of coffee/ Hawaiian drinks and a great spot to get breakfast or lunch. Employees are awesome there!! Best bagels and cream cheese too!! I worked at the pub close by, and everyday we couldn’t wait for someone to go on break to go get our bad ass drinks!! If you haven’t been, it’s a must go to in Naples!!

Tremendous... what did I love? The coffee, the spinach and feta pretzel, the place itself was impeccable, the prices were good, the area was very cool, the people there were each in their own world, but it's up to each person. I wish it could be shared more, meeting people on my trips. It's one of my goals... but overall, it's very vacant.
