This is a 4.5 for me but they don’t have that option. The ratings finally nailed it on this place. I’m a little shocked at how good the food was here. Ate in this area several times and passed by this spot not knowing what I was missing. Everything was delicious. The paella was unbelievable, and make sure you get the stuffed yuca and the empanadas. I was expecting average entrees from a chain style restaurant but the staff at this location have the food turning out top tier. The service was fast and friendly. You will not be disappointed. We will be adding this to our regular rotation. The jerk mahi mahi was so good and to finish it off be sure to get the pineapple butter cake!

Today I was with my family in this beautiful place and we loved it. The atmosphere of 10, the treatment of the clerk super pleasant and very attentive. Delicious cocktails. Super delicious starters and delicious dinner. A super nice charming place we spent some magical hours.

We decided to check out Bahama Breeze for a get together with my girlfriends. Jazzmin was our server and she was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. We asked her for recommendations which we ended up ordering and the food was perfect temperature and absolutely delicious. We will surely be back!!!

Our server was outstanding! Wish I could say the same for the food. The pallea - chicken, rice, and chorizo were way over cooked and dry. The seafood tastes like it is frozen. Friends ribs were dry - like they had been cooked a week ago and then microwaved to heat them up. Friend's chicken sandwich- chicken burnt and hard as a rock. Lettuce in salad was wilted and brown spots on it. Best part of the meal was the chocolate island cake. Very disappointing because I have been to other locations where the food was great. Considering that they are a newer location, I hope the quality of the food improves.

The paella had lots of shrimp, a few scallops and tons of green peppers which I hate. Rice was yellow but devoid of flavor and saffron. Definitely not going to order that again.

All I can say is you would never think to receive the service we did thanks to Daniel C.he was extremely knowledgeable and had great cocktail/food recommendations and a awesome sense of humor the Trinidad sour was super yummy💥🏄♀️🌴☀️ and the jerk chicken pasta was so creamy and delicious⚡️The detail in everything was amazing we had a birthday in the group as well we assume our server over heard us cause with out request a delicious strawberry short cake was brought out to end the night!!!!!!!! Definitely coming back 👌

Arrived for dinner and started with drinks not sure what was the waitress problem but start huffing and puffing and arguing next thing we know we have a new waiter Hour has gone by and we finally got our entrees in. They come out very meh but we are hungry and it’s late so we ate our meals. Still see our old waiter walking around dining room giving us glares while eating.Tipped the standard 20% cause it wasn’t the new guys fault. Definitely would not recommend this location Service is slow Staff is poorly trained Food is mid Drinks are extra sweet

First..ask for Kiana. she was friendly, and we liked her immediately. having visited other BB locations before, we have been waiting for the one here in Naples to finally open. from the first group at the host stand welcoming you in , and then Kiana came over and started our orders. the food has always been good and the Jerk chicken pasta is my usual dish, and my wife tried the snapper with the mango salsa from the salmon dish instead of the Avocado salsa it comes with ( she doesn't like Avocado) they substituted it with no problem and Kiana even mentioned she would suggest this if people asked about it. and the Key lime pie is a great dessert for the two of us.
the manager came over and asked how everything was. we praised the new location and the staff.
and now, with one so close, we will be visiting more often.
Sadly, Kiana has moved on to better things. so now ask for Sebastian instead!
