Had to rate everything a 1 since we did not get seated by 7:40pm, even though we had a 7pm reservation. So we got frustrated and left. The manager on duty March 19th 2026 was the most condescending, insulting person who kept repeating the same fallback line to us even after I asked him to stop speaking to us. So many nice restaurants in Naples, no reason to go here.

You don’t often think a hotel restaurant will be a memorable experience. But this place is different. The food, ambiance, service, and did I mention the food? Wow. Worth a stop if you’re in Naples. We’ve had a lot of local fare but this place is by far the most memorable restaurant here. Will certainly be back!

We had Kristina, who is originally from Serbia, as our server. She was beyond fabulous! Our cocktails and food were delicious. The atmosphere was sophisticated, yet relaxed. This is the best experience we have ever had at Baleen! I hope that management will recognize and reward Kristina for her outstanding service. We will return soon again!
