Disappointing service and atmosphere. Very odd decor choices. Country tables and chairs, industrial lights. Service was super slow, waiter never cleared our appetizer plates and when he came to deliver our entrees, he simply pushed the used appetizer plates out of the way. Food was mediocre, pizza was no better than a frozen DiGiorno, prices were very high. Mercato has much better options.

This was my first time at Bar Tulia at Mercato, we sat inside, the food was very good but the service wasn't the best and the chairs were extremely uncomfortable. I had to stand up half way through because my rear was aching! I wouldn't go there again just for this reason.

Had a poor experience several years ago but decided to give Bar Tulia another try on Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately not much has changed. The service was poor and the food average at best. Seems to be a lack of proper training in both the kitchen and wait staff. In addition, the portion size of my pasta dish was small in relation the the price. Another Naples restaurant that misses the mark. Just because this is a tourist town doesn't mean that you should treat all your customers as one and done. Repeat business is the life blood of the restaurant business.
