This was my first time at Bar Tulia at Mercato, we sat inside, the food was very good but the service wasn't the best and the chairs were extremely uncomfortable. I had to stand up half way through because my rear was aching! I wouldn't go there again just for this reason.
Our first time at Bar Tulia, after a quick research at Google. We are very happy with our decision.

Very odd decor choices. Country tables and chairs, industrial lights.
Service was super slow, waiter never cleared our appetizer plates and when he came to deliver our entrees, he simply pushed the used appetizer plates out of the way.
Food was mediocre, pizza was no better than a frozen DiGiorno, prices were very high.
Mercato has much better options.
