Barbatella is a stunning restaurant that offers an amazing dining experience. The beautiful outdoor patio and lovely ambiance create a gorgeous setting, perfect for people watching. The service is stellar, and the staff knows their wines, offering great selections like Alexander Riesling. The food is exceptional, with the steak, eggplant, Nonna lemon torta cake, and chef's menu receiving high praise. The Amarena Margarita is tasty but very sweet. However, the acoustics inside the restaurant can be quite loud, making it difficult to carry on a conversation. Additionally, the location near the bathroom can be inconvenient due to the constant stream of people. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall experience at Barbatella is so impressive that diners would be willing to make the drive from Fort Myers to enjoy the fantastic food, fun crowd, and outstanding service.
