We're from a Chicago suburb and were hoping to score some Chicago hot dogs. Beefstro's did not disappoint. The special was a hot dog, fries and a drink for $9.95. It consisted of a poppy seed bun, Chicago beef dog, mustard, onions, neon relish, sport peppers, pickle spears, and tomato, just like back home! You can customize your toppings. The fries were nice and crispy. All the food was fresh and not premade. Employees were friendly, answered questions, and were so polite....
Today was our first time eating here and between the amazing food and the enthusiastic and charismatic owner we had an astounding experience. Will definitely come back! The beef and sausage were DELICIOUS! Recommend 100%
Food was amazing. Being from Aurora, Illinois The Italian beef blows Portillo‘s out of the water. I would say it compares to Johnny’s beef, And that’s saying something. The Chicago dog was good. I would just put a little bit more celery salt on it, but that’s my personal choice. Otherwise, you cannot go wrong with this place.
