I stopped by Ben & Jerry's recently and was thrilled to find their 'Milk and Cookies' ice cream—it was like diving into a dream! The flavor perfectly captures the essence of freshly baked cookies dipped in cold milk. Every scoop was rich, creamy, and loaded with cookie chunks. The pricing was just proper for the quality offered. The staff was also super helpful and quick with service. For anyone with a sweet tooth, this place is a must-visit. I’ll be back for more of this delightful treat!

Delicious ice cream! And some good vegan/non dairy options (we recommend the berry extraordinary sorbet!). A busy place though, got there an hour before it closed and the line up was looong. But it moved quickly. And plenty of tables with seats and benches in other areas of the village, so don’t despair is the seats directly out front of B&J are taken.And cute water feature that kids were running through which was fun to watch.Dietary restrictions: Sorbet is 0 protein, so great for those with PKU. They have almond milk and sunflower butter for vegan options.
The waffle cones were stale and half of their menu they didn't have. It smelled inside and the staff weren't the best I had order and they said they where making the fudge ice cream and I go and ask what's going on with my order and they said they ran out when I asked. The inside was dirty and the floors were sticky as well as the tables.

When we got to the shop all the workers were in the back. I also noticed an awful perfumey fragrance. Are they seriously pumping in fragrance??? This is an ice cream parlor, not a public bathroom. But the whole time, it smelled like I was in a bathroom.As for the taste, I stopped buying B&J after they got political, but my daughter thought she needed to eat it. She said it tasted like it sat too long in the freezer...LOL!!!

Workers were in the backroom when we got there. The place smells like they pipe in fragrance. It smelled like a public restroom. YUCK! It was nasty to smell the fragrance mixed with the ice cream smell. My daughter said that the ice cream tasted like it was freezer burned. Personally, I stopped buying B&J since they got political. And honestly, I've been to too many ice cream parlors where the workers don't wash their hands or wear gloves. In many cases they are also handling cash. Where is the health department???

Asked to speak to the manager (I believe her name was Danny) and she ended up scoffing at my issue and dismissed everything I said. She was very rude and I will not be going back because of her. The workers were pretty polite and tried to accommodate and honestly I felt bad they had to work for such a horrid individual. If this is how you treat your customers how do you treat your workers . You will never get another dime from me!! Shame on you Ben and Jerry's
