Bistro 821 has been one of our favorite restaurants in Naples, FL for the past 30 years! At our most recent visit, my husband and I each started with a delicious nut & berry salad. He thoroughly enjoyed his entree, the tournedos of beef, prepared as he requested. Unfortunately, my entree, the grilled shrimp and lobster, was very disappointing, as the food was tepid and dried out when served. Moreover, the asparagus side was served mushy. This experience tempered my usual enthusiasm for the restaurant. My dessert, the chocolate mousse, however, was yummy! Kudos to the chef! The last few times we dined at Bistro 821 were a little disappointing in terms of meeting the high quality dining experiences we came to expect over the years. The next time we travel to Naples, I am sure we will dine here again, however, because the food and the servers are generally outstanding! The service, as always, was exceptional, and the servers were friendly and considerate!
Our favorite place to dine in Naples. The Chilean sea bass is wonderful, as is the Wagu beef.
Excellent Food, very attentive service from Robert and the reminder of staff. We enjoy d all aspects of dinner and will return as will or guest who joined us
We have been coming here for numerous years when we are in town. The food and service are always execlent. We love the Sea Bass.
This is an excellent restaurant with outstanding food and top-notch service. Every dish we tried was delicious, and the attention from the staff was impeccable. The drink menu is also well-curated, with a great selection of wines and cocktails to complement the meal. Our only critique is that, for a place that presents itself as a French restaurant, the menu includes very few truly French options. A bit more authenticity in that regard would elevate the experience even further. Still, it's a fantastic spot and well worth a visit.
Bistro 821 exceeded my expectations. The service and atmosphere from entering until I left was excellent. Angela and the rest of the team great. My appetizer of crab dip followed by an entree of sea bass and a lobster tail was really good. I definitely would recommend this restaurant.
All the food was delicious, they are very accommodating of special requests and food allergies. I forgot our waitress' name, but she was top notch and went above and beyond. (She was from Boston) thank you for everything
Did a search and read some reviews since I was visiting from out of state and rolls the dice and wow am I happy I did. The owner was kind and engaging as was the staff. He introduced me to a new tequila and it was excellent. The appetizers consisted of a delicious Crab dip, some of the best shrimp I've ever had and calamari We had 2 wagyu tomahawk steaks cooked to perfection a Filet and lobster tail a Filet of sole and a 50/50 Filet of sole and red snapper. It was all incredible. I was the only one that had dessert and it was a delicious creme brulee. I've been in the for many decades and this place is special. I can't see how anyone could not be happy eating here. Thank you to the entire staff for an amazing experience!
The ambience was nice and service was good. We ordered off the Sizzle menu. The food was really nothing special. I had higher expectations based on the reviews. Much better places to eat on Naples.

we have been to Bistro 821 many times but came this time to enjoy Sizzle Week. the menu offered good options and the price was great. we had the salmon and the lemon sole. to start the watermelon salad and tuna. Scott was our server and he was on top of everything. we will go back soon but you can't beat the Sizzle Week offer.

We've been going to Bistro 821 for over 25 years. It is absolutely the only reliable restaurant on 5th Avenue that completely pleases us every single time we go. If you've never been, definitely put it on your list.
The food was good but served a very little amount.

Have dined at the Bistro many times over the last decade. The food was not up to the usual very high standards that the Bistro has delivered over the years. I had the Black Grouper and my wife has the Snapper. The grouper was tough and was served on what tasted like potato salad out of Publix. My wife's snapper was thin crispy and barely eatable. The bread and desert were great, but the entrees left much to be desired.
Had a fabulous after-wedding dinner party. The food was outstanding as well as the service. The owner himself is very cool and engaging. We all tried many dishes like Sea Bass, Snapper, Steaks, Burgers, and much more, all were delicious.

For the 1st time ever my dinner was sub par, but our waiter noticed that and took it off of our bill. I'd still go back. There were 6 in our party and everyone else really enjoyed their meals.
