Delicious meal which was heightened by our server, Danielle, who made us feel incredibly special and comfortable. She is one of the best servers I have ever encountered. Brussel sprouts are a must try. 5 stars all around! Won’t disappoint.

This place was exceptional all around. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service the whole night. Went on Prime Rib Thursday. It was delicious and cooked perfectly. If you're looking for a great meal on 5th Ave, this is the spot.

Reasonably good Italian fare. My dish was a chicken dish in a red sauce over pasta that left alot to be desired. Happy overall, they have the ability to be better.

Lovely setting (outdoors), inside was super loud and congested. Felt terrible for the people sitting inside and having people bumping them to get to the bar or bathroom. Women's bathroom had two out of three toilets broken and no soap in one of the two dispensers. In mens bathroom, my boys saw one of the kitchen staff use the restroom and walk out without washing hands. WOW. Server was nice and knowledgeable. A few small things never arrived after requested, three of five water glasses had lipstick and mouth marks on them. Cocktails and wine were good. Ordered the crab and had to wait quite a while to be able to request wet wipes (would have been nice to have them as we were eating the crab). Sat for about five minutes with crab covered hands. All dishes were under seasoned. Lamp went out during dinner and no one noticed so we sat at a dark table. Not what I would expect for the prices charged and the competition around the neighborhood. Can't say that we would return.

Enjoyed my first dining experience at Bistro 821. Had the sole and it was delicious. The crispy chicken stir fry was excellent too. Lauren, our waiter, was friendly, helpful and very attentive. It was during their specials between 4 to 5 pm and we received a free bottle of wine with our entrees. It was a Hahn Pinot Noir and was great. Lovely meal and atmosphere.

Was visiting Naples and had a gift card to bistro 821. Our server Lauren was amazing! The food and drinks we got were very good and the portions were big! Will definitely be going back again when in the area.
There are a number of 'early bird' menus floating around and the one we were attracted by was no longer valid; however, the 'two entrees and a bottle of wine for $52' proved to be great value and good food. The pasta with classic was a huge portion, and very good, the other choices in our group (Thai style chicken and meatloaf) were a tad skimpy but nonetheless very nice. The wine was unremarkable but perfectly fine. Our waitress Gina was a star! We concluded with a delicious tiramisu.

Overall great experience, food was very good but what stood out the most was the service!!!! From the super friendly smiling hostesses, to our server who really knew what she was doing and the chef who came out to checked on us!! WOW! It was a pleasant surprise on 5th during prime time! I guess that's why they have been open for 30 years!

We went for the "sunset dinner," available 4-5 pm only, and it is a tremendous value: 2 main courses and a bottle of wine for $52. There are about 6 choices (plus a few more with upcharges); the food is truly excellent, the wine was fine, the service is good. The main course came quite quickly...that is the sole issue that was not 5 star. We will absolutely return.
