Saurbraten and Veal Jeagerschnitzel were delicious, just like Opa Muller used to make, and the pilsner was crisp and cold. A complimentary apple strudel topped it all off.

The food was amazing. They did a catering event for our community for 90 people. The service was great, they helped get everything to the car, the restaurant was beautiful inside. Despite the large number of servings everything was hot. I would highly recommend them for catering events.

12 out of 10! This is the second time we’ve been and loved it again. Got to meet Klaus (hope I spelled that right) the owner, who sat us at a lovely table outside. And had some of the best authentic German food for Oktoberfest! My dad loves the beer choices. It was awesome, would recommend to anyone! Thank you again Klaus.
Stopped in to try out black forest German food. We figured it would be a good time during the sizzle dining menu.My wife and I both had caesar salad. We also started with a bavarian pretzel as an appetizer, which was good. She had the picata schnitzel, and I had the sourbrauten entree. While we didn't have a reservation. We sat outside which was nice, but very hot. We both unfortunately found what appeared to be dog hair in both of our drinks as well as our dishes. Our best guess is that the linens for the restaurants are washed and dried somewhere where there is a dog. Although this authentic german restaurant has a very good reputation.I don't think that we will return.

We tried Black Forest for the first time over the weekend and fell in love with it! The restaurant is cozy and welcoming. The service was great. Our server, Jose, was very friendly and helpful with recommendations.
The food is everything you want in great German comfort food. The portions are generous, the flavors are delicious, and they have all the classic dishes you could want. They also had daily special of pan-seared salmon that was cooked perfectly if someone is looking for something a little lighter. For dessert they have the best Black Forest cake we’ve ever had. Definitely a must try.
They have a good amount of seating outside for when it’s a bit cooler, but they are very popular. Call and make reservations so you’re sure you get a table.
