Absolutely the best restaurant in Naples. It always gets better. Great service, lovely atmosphere and food usually with delicious sauces and presentation.

Best meal we have had in Naples. Service was excellent and the Filet was perfectly cooked. Frites are the bomb. My wife had the Snapper and thoroughly enjoyed it. Super cute place with a great little wine shop attached.

Kaleigh was exceptional. The crew truly cares. Had a bottle of wine, look forward to having food next time 🍷

Great attention and service from the wait staff. Unfortunately the quality of some of the seafood dishes served at our table were not at that same level of excellence. Fyi, there is only one, single occupancy bathroom for both men and women. You may have to stand in line. Hard to fathom why a restaurant of this size (and menu prices) cannot provide more accommodating facilities.

We enjoyed our first time at the restaurant. The foods are excellent we ordered the short ribs and the duck both are amazing and well seasoned . Service is excellent. This will be my new favorite French restaurant.

Bleu Provence is one of those places where the setting, the service, and the food come together to create a truly memorable dining experience. Perfectly located next to the Naples City Dock, the restaurant enjoys a charming, almost cinematic backdrop that adds an extra layer of magic to the evening. Parking in the area can be tricky—no surprise, given how popular the dock and surrounding spots are—but the restaurant’s valet service makes the arrival smooth and stress‑free.
From the moment we sat down, the experience started on a high note. The butter and olive spread served with the bread was a delightful preview of what was to come. For our appetizer, we chose the escargots, and they did not disappoint—rich, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.
For the main course, my wife ordered the Duck Leg Confit while I went with the Lamb Parmentier. Both dishes were excellent, full of depth and perfectly seasoned. Mine arrived a bit hotter than ideal, but after a brief moment of cooling, it was absolutely delicious. We paired our meal with a wonderful 2020 French red Bordeaux from the Saint‑Émilion region, which elevated every bite.
Dessert was the perfect finale. We shared the Honey Lavender Crème Brûlée—because how can you skip Crème Brûlée at a French restaurant?—and the Crêpe Suzette. Both were fantastic. My wife isn’t the biggest fan of the bitterness of orange, but I am, so the Crêpe Suzette was the perfect closing note for me.
Overall, Bleu Provence delivered a beautiful night from start to finish. Exceptional food, a magical location, and thoughtful touches throughout make it a must‑visit in Naples.

We have made reservations for our wedding anniversary at Bleu Provence, and we’re guaranteed a table with the proper setting by a lady that has a French accent over the phone…
When we walked through the entrance, we were greeted by an awful public restroom smell, but decided to go on and ignore it, then our table was not prepared, and the teenage the lady at the front desk, clueless and lacking finesse to say the least, had to move extra plates and silverware out of the way, what an embarrassment to my wife, the price is not an issue, but at least give us the service that we pay for, overall the price is definitely set for fine dining, but the place, behavior from staff and service, is not better than Olive Garden.

Manager was aware but didn’t do anything to remedy the situation, we were not impressed and definitely not going back.

Try Capital Grille, Chops or Baleen.
Because Bleu Provence is AN OVERRATED & OVERPRICED CHEAP FRENCH RESTAURANT.

My wife and I went here for her birthday and words cannot express how incredible everything was. It was cozy, warm, inviting and spacious. Seated outside next to a heat lamp; the appetizers, entrees, atmosphere and genuine service by each staff member there truly made the night. Everyone, from our waiter Dana, who was funny, personable and knowledgeable, to our valet Alex, who was kind and attentive. We have been to most of the restaurants along 5th Ave, but will definitely making Bleu Provence one of our Naples staples.

OVER HYPED NOT WORTH IT.
My friends brought us but so tedious. Decent location and ONE EMPLOYEE was competent. Boring menu and tourist low class wine list. Food came out poorly. Not properly coursed. Plated poorly and low quality ingredients.
VERY POOR 👎
Meh desserts.
