I went to visit this place on my way back from a 7 day cruise traveling back home. Reviews were good, so my family and I stopped in for a bite and a drink. And at 1st we waited about 10 minutes before we were greeted by the most rude waiter I have ever met in my life. Never have my family encountered such a rude waiter. At 1st it started with our drink order he seemed irritated when I ordered my kids drink we brushed it off then he came back and ask if we wanted an appetizer which we proceeded to order devil eggs (my daughter has a food allergy to certain things) so when I ask if 3 of them can come plain and not with the stuff on it. He said “sure I guess” then rolled his eyes right in front of us with a major attitude. That’s when we called him out for doing so and he just walked away, therefore we got up and went to go leave. The manager stopped us and ask what was wrong. I told her and she apologized on his behalf and told me she get my family a different server and we could sit away from the rude waiter. I went to go get my family who left already to come back in and try again, as I was walking out the door the rude waiter came back and waved with the most sarcastic response to “have a nice day” with a smirk on his face. I can’t believe they would allow such person to work in a hospitality place. Never again would I go there during my travels through Naples! He should be fired.

Family had dinner on their patio. Waiter was attentive; filled water glasses and checked on us regularly.Beer was pretty good. They had pretty good selection of choices. Most were good.Food was the best part. The grouper Reuben was fantastic. Kids enjoyed their grilled cheeses. Wife liked her meal too.

We stop into Bone Hook for a beer every year when we visit Naples. We have consistently had good service and the beers are delicious. This is my favorite Naples area brewery. Yesterday I had the Vampire Vision, a seasonal sour, which was fantastic and the Santa Maria Sangria, a strong Belgian triple. Husband enjoyed two IPAs. I've never had food here because we can't drag mother in law away from her usual places but the menu looks varied and tasty.

We were here for 2.5hrs. Whoever runs this place needs a few courses in managment, our waitress had our table, two others and a birthday with 40 people. She came to our table twice and it took 30mins to get the check. Not her fault, but her managers. Felt like a waste of money to hire a baby sitter, could have been a much better night as the brewery seemed very fun, just poorly managed.

We waited a half an hour to get menus and then I got them from the bar! Never got a drink or a nod of acknowledgement! We were bummed heard a lot of good things about it! Gotta say the girls were busy but so under staffed it was sad! I tried again, but I’m going home tomorrow!

I’ve been to Bone Hook Brewing Company multiple times and it never disappoints. The food is top notch compared to other breweries, and the beer is always very tasty. My favorites are the Grateful Head, Mexican lager (seasonal), and barley wine. Staff is always very attentive and it has a great mojo for being in a strip mall setting. This review was long overdue. The crowd skews a bit older, but nothing wrong with that. Come and enjoy yourself in southwest Florida!

Sad atmosphere and limited menu. But - fantastic onion rings! They seem to be catering to the beer drinking crowd not people coming for dinner. When we arrived, we were offered a table almost right in the entry area so we opted to sit outside. It was overly bright and country music with explicit lyrics was playing. Not pleasant for dining. The food is reasonably priced. My husband had the mahi plate which he enjoyed. I had the grouper sandwich which was fine but the grouper was small and was not browned or crisped at all - perfectly white and very thin. I ordered it with onion rings and they were outstanding. Crispy without being greasy and nicely sized. Despite the reasonable prices I did not find the place to be a value and would not hurry back.

Don’t normally go out of my way to leave positive reviews for food places because ya know - good food should be the norm. But it’s not. But this place is exceptional. So good
Great beer and music. Listened to Wendell Ray. Always enjoy Wednesday night Trivia with Mario!! I always have the tacos. Shrimp is my preference!!

Always loved this place. I get one week a year in Naples. Bone Hook was a must go because the beer and food is always great. Today was a sad surprise. Food and beer was great but the service was in my top 5 of the worst I ever had. The foursome next to us never got served
