After going to Landsdowne Street and sitting at a table unassisted for 10 minutes, we decided to drive up the road to BBG. This visit was another standout. Our server, Brittany, was friendly and attentive, and the food was delivered timely, hot, and delicious. We won't make the mistake of venturing out to a different pub, even if it means a longer drive. BBG won us over with this visit.

This place is gorgeous. The outside was set up for a good amount of people. Inside expansive without feeling crushed. Was told by the bartender that they just had their 19th party and most stuff on draft was out but still got a good drink and the flatbread app was delicious and enough to hold three of us over. While we wish service was a bit more on the game, we all also realized it was post party and they'd definitely were getting theirselves back into the game.
Also. That huskie guest on the ground was a beautiful dog. So I guess dogs are allowed which is even cooler!

Well, it with sadness that I am writing this te view. Boston Beer Garden used to be among our favorite places to go grab a casual, fun meal. The food used to be quite good, the servers always ready to help, answer question and bring your order in a timely fashion no matter how busy they were. But not tonight 😢. They were very busy because of March Madness and especially because the Florida Gators were playing. But this was no excuse for the shabby service we had. I ordered the quesadilla with chicken and my husband the taco salad. We had had these before and had enjoyed them. Not tonight — the quesadilla had absolutely no flavor, the tortilla soggy, the cheese flavorless. My husband said the meat in his taco was very tough and hard to chew. It had no flavor either. Between the time we ordered our drinks and they arrived was too long. Between getting our drinks and our food, which were ordered at the same time, was close to 1/2 an hour. When we asked our server for the check it was another long waitlist. Totally unacceptable. It will be a long time before we will ever think about going back. Boston Bear Garden was totally disappointing.

I had visited BBG 6 months ago with my husband on our roadtrip from Boston to Bonita. We loved it so much we returned before we went home. I raved about the place to my sisters so we went this trip. Our server is totally not to blame so slow service with drinks and food. The taco salad was soaked with salsa vs fresh tomatoes( not in description). No shredded cheese a couple of black beans, corn and not a $15.00 salad bowl. Very disappointing to say least since we had chicken/ salad entree at another pub and it was same price and enough 2 meals. Not worth the money and not up to standard of Boston pub☹️
