Boutique Sweet Couple

The owner (male) is incredibly rude and condescending. My husband and I used to visit regularly, buying sweets and coffee, but after today, we’re never coming back. On one visit, I brought my laptop around 2:30 PM, and the owner rudely told us they were closing at 3 PM, despite the sign clearly stating they were open until 6 PM. Strange, but whatever. Another time, my husband asked if the hazelnut cookies were fresh, and the owner snapped, “If they were made today, they’d be $30, not $6.” Unnecessary attitude, but we let it slide. We assumed he’d eventually warm up to us as regulars. We were wrong. Today, we went in for our usual coffee and sweets, and I had my laptop with me (I use my own hotspot, so I don’t even need their WiFi). My husband picked out a sliced cake labeled $9.99 and the hazelnut cookies, but the owner outright refused to serve us. He claimed the cookies were reserved for other customers and that the cake—despite the price sign—was only sold as a whole. At this point, it’s clear the guy is just miserable and unhinged. Whether he has an issue with laptops or just enjoys being rude for no reason, we’re done wasting our time and money here. If you enjoy being treated like a nuisance for simply existing, this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid at all costs.

RUDE service. We stopped in for some lattes but were told by the cashier that they don’t serve non-dairy milk. I asked to use the restroom and was later confronted by the manager who said next time don’t come in unless you buy something! We visit coffee shops twice per day every day since we travel all the time and literally every other coffee shop in Florida has non-dairy milk. DO NOT GO HERE especially if you care about your health, animals or the planet.

It was perfect experience! I loved borsh soup and pierogi! Owner was very friendly! Will back again

Please don’t try and give some excuse, if you read all the other reviews, it calls out the same rude owner and you give some excuse instead of apologizing to customers. The owner (male) has a very rude demeanor when I always order items, not going in again.

The bakery is great, best in town, on my opinion. Everything is fresh with homemade quality. The food too, I tried salad, khenkali, beef bourguignion - all was amazing. I have stomach issues and this place is the one I trust to have the freshest food.

Excellent coffee and pastries! The warm croissant was better than anything I’ve had in Paris.

This family-run gem is everything you hope to find when you choose to shop local. The owners were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect. The quality of their products is outstanding; you can tell they use the finest ingredients and take great pride in their work. I was especially impressed by how they took the time to explain the menu and offered personalized recommendations. I left feeling like a valued customer, and I’ll definitely be back for more!

Unfortunately the owner don’t give us a good experience. The shop said open and the door was closed , we waited until he open with bad actitud. We feel very uncomfortable.

Kid-friendliness: While the food was sweet, the service was not. I did not feel welcome with my child by the male Chef. My baby was at the table in a high chair eating food that we purchased. The Chef approached us and threw a small paper cocktail napkin at the table in front of my infant, clicked his tongue, and walked off without saying anything. Weird moment, unlikely to return because of it.
