This quaint tea House in the middle of downtown Naples is so inviting. The shop has money wonderfulting gift ideas whether you're a tea lover or not. The tea House was a great experience, the food was delicious with the ambiance to match. A delightful place for young and old tea lovers.

Always such a superb experience visiting Brambles English Tea Room. A true hidden gem in Naples. The food and service are terrific! I can’t say enough good things!

While a lovely traditional British High Tea, we were treated very rudely by the man on duty, who could have been the proprietor. We arrived on time at 2 PM, were told table not ready. Waited 30 minutes to be seated at 2:30, with no acknowledgement that this was a tad too long a wait. Then, waited long time for order to be taken, granted it was a full restaurant, but everyone else had been served. Then at 3:25 being the only customers, same man came over and told us he wanted us to move along as he wanted to settle out the day. So for a restaurant listed as open till 4 PM, we were ushered out at 3:30 after 55 minutes at table, plus the 30 wait for a table. There should have been an apology and we should not have been rushed out. We took the desserts we never got to eat at restaurant home in a plastic bag. Good luck and don't make a 2 PM reservation.

One of our favorite spots when we visited Naples.
Good service, nice food. I do wish there was more diversity in there in terms of demographics of guests like me but alas. The tea was nice and the pastries and sandwiches were a nice experience

I have been going to Bramble’s for years. The staff is usually very friendly, especially the owner and the food is delicious. However, I went today with my two other girlfriends after coming from the beach I was wearing a dress. My two other friends were wearing a top and shorts. We we were informed that they would only be able to see us outside due to an event which was completely fine. The waitress at the table seemed hesitant to seat us and signaled to the owner about what we were wearing. She looked at the owner did a movement around her clothes and said “well what about the dress code” and begins to laugh. The owners assured her that what we were wearing was completely fine. I immediately felt uncomfortable because she was basically talking behind our backs in front of us and did not tell us anything about the dress code or politely tell us to please put something else on.
My friends and I were also being seated outside, so I did not think this was going to be an issue. My friends and I ended up just walking out very disappointed because we did not want that waiter to serve us our food while also judging us. It’s too bad because the owner and all the other staff along with the food is amazing.

We had our wedding at Brambles English Tea Room, and it was truly perfect. The entire team went above and beyond to accommodate our day and make everything seamless and stress free. The room was absolutely beautiful—every detail was thoughtfully done and couldn’t have been more perfect. The food and tea were delicious and enjoyed by everyone. If you’re looking for an intimate, elegant space with incredible service, Brambles is an amazing choice. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I loved this place so much! We had a reservation for 6 people (grandparents, parents, and two girls ages 11 and 15) at 2:00pm. Our server was a lovely and attentive gentleman. We all ordered tea and a meal, and we were all very happy with our food. Loved the scones, the curry chicken salad plate, the tea sandwiches and desserts. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Our group of 5 fell in love with this place! The decor and atmosphere were incredible! The food was to die for: we recommend the complete tea called Bramble’s Delight! The selection of teas is unbelievable! The service fantastic! Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent service, wonderful tea selection, if you're going there highly reccomend the Royal Wedding, Pu-er, and Creme Brulee tea. Their chicken salad sandwich and cucumber sandwich were delicious. I will say personally I feel that they could have added more cream cheese to their cucumber sandwich. But still a good sandwich. The desserts are excellent, I will say however I would prefer if they offer a plain scone, they only had the options between a blue berry or rasin. I just feel it would make more sense to have at least one plain and then perhaps have variantions. I would love if they added a soup selection like Wisteria in Fort Myers( if they can see this). Also when you go they offer a 10 percent discount on their store next door, so keep that in mind if you would like stock up on tea as well.

It's an experience! Quaint little restaurant with great selections of tea. Even if you don't enjoy a cup of tea the menu had a nice selection and prices were very reasonable. On the way out they have a fabulous candy counter which has the best salted caramel chocolate bar I have ever tasted:)
