Friendly staff; quaint atmosphere and excellent food. We each had something different and no one was disappointed with lunch or dessert. We will definitely go again.
I just love everything about this place! The tea, the treats, and the ambience!
Had a lovely Sunday brunch at Brambles yesterday with friends. They have a variety of teas from which to choose and the menu is also quite extensive. I enjoyed a Spinach and Brie Quiche and a couple of ladies had the Brambles Delight - a special tower of sandwiches, scones and desserts. The service was top notch. Afterwards, we visited the adjacent gift shop where you can find quaint kitchen items, etc and even buy a scone to go. And, bonus, you can take a selfie with former Queen Elizabeth. This was a great way to spend a Sunday morning.
This is the cutest tea house. Great food and service. It is an experience of hospitality. The gift shop off of fifth have many cute gifts. However they have a tip option on the receipt that is very unnecessary for retail. I stopped going in there for that reason.
They let us reserve the tea room for my bridal shower and it was the absolute best! All of my guests loved the food, tea, and overall atmosphere. Everyone that worked there was very friendly and accommodating, and the service was great during the tea. Highly recommend visiting here in general, and especially booking them for an event!!
Excellent experience! Staff was super friendly.
Brambles is a beautiful space with really great staff! I recently had an event there and it was so easy to coordinate everything with David. He was very communicative throughout the process and accommodating. My guests enjoyed the food and ambiance, everyone from kids to adults loved it! I would definitely recommend Brambles!
Delicious but not really afternoon tea. They don’t time their tea and don’t serve a new tea with each course. It’s a restaurant that looks like a tea room. On the plus side you can choose some light meals vice just finger food. The staff was very kind and helpful and I still enjoyed myself, and my boyfriend liked his meal. We even bought one of the teas we tried to take home. One note: the bathroom is directly connected to the main dining room (back left corner in pic)
Fan of tea?? So better don’t miss this British style tea room and its kind and nice servers. Thank you very much for the magic moment 💐
A very DELIGHTFUL experience with my lady-wife! Highly recommended! A Naples, Florida gem of a tea room.

A super nice place to enjoy with family and friends
Good but pricey.
I wanted to leave a strong review and feature them on my instagram page but brambles missed the mark.
The Good:
1. Overall the atmosphere is a fun place to gather friends
2. Location is great although parking is a problem.
3. There scone was okay.
The not great:
1. When you’re paying for atmosphere, details matter.
They somehow thought that the restroom should be inside of the only dining room rather than put the register with the bathroom and have tables where the register is. Shoddy design choice and kind of a gross decision.
-this is pre bagged tea, not loose leaf and most likely celestial seasonings. To add insult to injury, they didn’t make the decision to time their tea so it gets bitter after the first cup.
-they didn’t bother to match sets/cups.
-some of the food wasn’t good. If I knew they didn’t have a kitchen staff, I wouldn’t have expected anything of the egg salad sandwich or chicken salad sandwich. Nobody ever checked to see whether we even liked it. The food was left behind-they did not even question it.
2. After our order was taken, we were not checked on once. There wasn’t any apology or effort after we had to track down somebody for water. Then they failed to bring a check after another 30 minute or so passed.
Traditional English breafast restaurant. Stunning inside and out. It is down a small laneway filled with flowers and greenery. Outside and inside dining. The food was good. Excellent tea selection, try the raspberry earl grey...mmm. Traditional raisen scone with all the fixings was amazing. Very busy place, we were able to get in without a reservation on a Thur. Service was a 6/10.
Lovely gift shop on the main st and within the entrance of the restaurant. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would go back.
We just love it! The experience is always delicious and delightful.
