I ordered my parents what I thought would be a nice Christmas meal with me living far away. The high star rating and price made me think it was a perfect place! Little did I know when I ordered at 5:30 PM it would show up nearly at 8:30. I called at 8:00 to ask the restaurant what was going on and my door dash driver greeted me on the phone because no one else was picking it up! My parents got their meal and this is what a $60.00 steak looked like after a 3 hour wait from the restaurant. They should have canceled the order if they couldn’t keep up with demand and the meal itself looks like a microwavable meal but maybe it’s misleading….you can look for yourself and decide. Can someone answer where are the mashed potatoes and asparagus?! The lamb meal (same price) looked good just so all know I’m not typically a complainer but spending that much money. I think it should have (at least the steak) looked more…presentable.

Update. My daughter and made it to Brio on Christmas day. It was so much better than our past experience. Our server, Mary, took excellent care of us and the food was incredible. Mary recommended the Filet Mignon with Gorgonzola crust and an espresso martini. It was perfect. Older post and rating changed. We went for Sunday brunch today and we left after an hour of waiting for our meals.

I went here for my celebratory graduation dinner with 15 guests and we had a great time. Our waiter was so patient and friendly, and the ability to split the checks was so incredibly convenient.
My party was large but I still was able to ensure they had a good time because the staff was super helpful when it came to our requests.
We even got a private area and it was beautiful and clean.
I go the pepperoni pizza/Flatbread and it was really good. I also ordered the berry lemonade and a mojito. Everything was up to par and tasted great.
10/10 experience. Will be coming again!

My mom and I came here, as it’s one of our favorite spots but we found out they’ll be closing in January. We came here for dinner on a Saturday night and got seated right away. I love their outdoor seating and they have a lot of indoor seating. It is a nicer restaurant located in Waterside Shops. Great place for date night too. I did the spaghetti bolognese which was beyond delicious. My mom did the chicken limone with broccolini and mashed potatoes. She said it was very good as well. I got the white peach sangria as well, which was yum. Our server Rhonda was super great! Very attentive and friendly.
Great italian restaurant, love their brunch. The avocado toast was delicious. Staff very friendly. Perfect location.

We were part of a wedding rehearsal dinner at Brio Grille and, unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing from start to finish.
When our party arrived, we were left waiting at the entrance and ultimately had to seat ourselves in the private dining area that had been reserved for us. Once seated, we were not acknowledged by waitstaff for approximately 15 minutes, including not being offered water.
The pre-set menu that the bride and groom had arranged was missing dishes and contained multiple spelling errors, which did not reflect the level of care expected for such an important event. Service throughout the evening was extremely inattentive. Guests in our party had to retrieve water jugs themselves just to have refills.
Early in the dinner, my father-in-law ordered a Diet Coke. It arrived 30–45 minutes later and was a regular Coke instead. We were also never asked how we wanted our steaks cooked, and bread was brought to the table without butter.
Overall, we spent close to three hours at the restaurant, which felt unnecessarily long due to poor service and lack of organization. Given that this was a special occasion, the experience was especially disappointing. We expected a higher level of professionalism and attention, particularly for a booked private event.
