The best part of this meal was seeing that Russell, our server, transitioned to Brio from Bravo after it closed their doors. The food was fine but the service was off the charts good. Russell is efficient and friendly and Brio will see that the entire waitstaff will improve with his performance leading the way.

We've been to this Brio location many times and always enjoyed our experience and food. This time, our server was either awkwardly hanging around talking for too long at our table or nowhere to be seen for long periods of time for a water refill or anything. The food was mid, it was just ok. I ordered the Gorgonzola beef medallions cooked to a medium temperature and they were so well done and not tender at all, but we had waited so long for our food and were so hungry, I ate them because I was afraid of how long it might take to send them back. The vibe just seemed like they were struggling to serve the customers but the restaurant was half full.

The service was great and the food was very good. The food is a bit overpriced since we used to get similar plates at Bravo for less. The only disappointment is they charge for bread! That's a first that I have not seen any where else. Nevertheless the bread was fresh and warm. I didn't mind paying for it but that's a new thing to pay for bread. Definitely will go back.
Our booth and the one next to us were laughing and having a good time. The 2 old dears on the other side decided to move. Our server Jahayra I. came over and loudly asked what was going on because the 2 old dears were moving because of us. The group at the other table couldn't believe it and actually said they were louder than us. We immediately asked for the bill, paid and left. For the prices, we expect more professional behaviour.

Special shout out to Katie and Manager Jaime for making things perfect for us. Highly recommend to all persons. It is advised for you to make a reservation for a smoother seating process, Which is very easy to do online.

My husband and I went to dinner for our first time last night! We absolutely loved the interior decoration and the staff were wonderful (especially the manager Anthony). Very friendly and hospitable! The food came out quickly and was delicious. Highly recommend!
