Unfortunately, the Chicken Salad choice on the $14.99 special menu was a disappointment. The portion was very small, poorly plated, and the gorgonzola was omitted. Both my luncheon guest and I ordered the same salad, which came minus the gorgonzola. When we asked for some, the waiter brought only one small serving of cheese for both of us. When we requested a second serving, he seemed annoyed. Since we were dining pre-season (October), the restaurant was not crowded, and the noise level was low.

The background music was too loud and they claimed they couldn't lower it. I have a hearing problem and requested a nice quiet booth. We did get a great booth behind bar but music was SO LOUD. Service tried to lower for us but claimed no one old lower or soften. Food was good and served did a great job. Mary b

We had such a wonderful date night at Brio Italian Grille in Naples! I enjoyed the Shrimp and Lobster Fettuccine, which was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and with generous portions of seafood. My partner had the lamb chops, cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The portion sizes were impressive, and the presentation was nice. The outdoor ambiance made the evening even more special, creating the perfect setting for a romantic dinner. Brio truly delivered on atmosphere, food, and service—we'll definitely be back!

I thought this restaurant had closed, rumors apparently. I called to make sure, and was told we are definitely still open. The food was amazing as usual. Service by Leann was excellent. The manager Cesar stopped by to make sure everything was great. Will definitely be returning
