Delicious food, gruff and rushy order takers. I always forget something I meant to order. Expect "Is that it?" rather than, "Welcome back" or "Thank you". This is one of the few places I wish I could order on a screen and interact only with the smiling, gracious people who call my name when my order is ready.

Loved Brooklyn Dough - excellent customer service and friendly staff. We were in town visiting and found this on our last day. Got a spicy everything bagel with hot honey habanero cream cheese and a Reese's puffs cereal milk latte - delicious. We also got a sausage egg and cheese and fruity pebbles cereal milk latte. Loved the vibe - very clean and felt like i was in New York. Highly recommend!

As close to the real deal as you get right here. Grabbed the pastrami egg and cheese special on sesame and the pineapple cream cheese on egg. The iced vanilla latte and of course the Martinelli's

We have been looking for Bagels like we got in NY. Decided to try these. They are more like bread for the texture, not the chewy dough in the NY bagels. They would be ok in a pinch. We actually found bagels that more closely match the NY bagels here , but the drive is a little further for us. Very disappointed these didn't work for us.

The Best in Town (County) I’ve been here 2 years and couldn’t believe there wasn’t a good bagel shop in Naples. Overheard a conversation about Brooklyn Dough. Googled it. I drive 20 miles one way just for the bagels. Delicious.
We were very happy with our bagels from Brooklyn Dough in Naples. We had an everything and a sesame, both with bacon cream cheese. Bagels were warm, cream cheese was cool -- it was delish!!! There were a lot of options - bagel flavors, shmear flavors, fancy bagel sandwiches. Service was friendly, a short line moved quickly. Plenty of parking available. We took ours to go but there are tables inside and out if you want to stay.

Good bagels and bagel sandwiches, but a bit pricey. I have had a pork roll egg cheese and I was disappointed that the egg was scrambled rather than fried as is traditional but it was still tasty. The strawberry cream cheese spread on a cinnamon raisin bagel was good too.

I’ve given this place a shot a few times but they seem to mess up my order often (charged for extras I asked for but not given). Wish they didn’t cheap out on the cream cheese too.
