We stopped by for lunch and were seated immediately. Our waitress was very pleasant. We ordered the twice baked burger and the korean bbq burger. Both were fantastic. Would stop here again .

Food was delicious but service was horrible. We sat outside. There were 3 occupied tables inside and 5, including ours, outside. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks and another hour for our food. The waitress offered no explanation or apologies but somehow found the time to sit down at another table and visit with the guests! We asked for the manager. He made excuse upon excuse and offered nothing to our table as compensation for the awful service. As we left, the manager was sitting at a table with guests as another couple stopped us to see if our experience was as awful as there's was. Don't waste your time here.

Food was decent but the service was horrible and for that reason we would not return. Our waitress never returned except to bring the check. A different waitress brought out our lunch.

We hadn't been out in a long time as a family. Covid, need I say more. Now that we're all vaccinated, we decided to visit the patio for a meal at Brooks Burgers. The patio has widely spaced tables, and it was a beautiful evening. Shamus was playing music in the background. He had a good sense of humor and worked with the crowd. Everyone sang along. It was nice to see people out, most wearing masks when not eating and enjoying themselves. The good tasted great; unfortunately, it came out very slowly. We waited a long time for a Thursday night. Regardless our server was upbeat and accommodating. If you're looking for a great gourmet burger with a fun family atmosphere, this is the place to go. There are a few locations around town, but this one is spacious and has character.

We stopped there for the first time. We had the jalapeños stuffed onions rings and it was out of this world. I liked the atmosphere was about airplanes and flying. Will definitely go back

Every time we visit Naples, we make sure to have a meal at Brooks. These are some of our favorite burgers anywhere. This was our first time at this location, having previously visited the old Naples location. This restaurant was quite large with plenty of outdoor seating. Our meal was great as usual, you can’t go wrong with any of their burgers.

Absolutely the juiciest best tasting hamburger I have eaten in a very long time! Very helpful and friendly staff, combined with a short wait time for our burgers made this place a favorite. ps: the French fries and coleslaw with cranberries and walnuts were also winners
Loved the music in the courtyard. JP Soars and the Red Hots did not disappoint. Waiter forgot to bring out fries with my food. He seemed to be serving more tables than one person should have to. All in all we had fun!!

I really liked the Brooks burgers that were next to the pavilion theater. I was very disappointed with the Brooks burgers in the Lely area. My experience started with a table I was sticky. The waitress was okay but not great. It went down hill from there. My medium rare hamburger was well done. Not a single sign of a red bit of burger. The french fries were over spiced and never advertised as a spiced french fries. The roll with the hamburger was drenched with grease from the hamburger. Well this is not necessarily unusual, a good burger place would offer you a new roll. Well I am not saying don't go there I am saying that my wife and I were both disappointed

These burgers are the best. I would recommend sharing as they are large. And excited about going back and spending an evening on their outdoor patio and having cocktails and burgers.

This place was neat. I didn't see any of the desserts listed on their website in store which was kind of sad as my daughter really wanted one for her birthday. Other than that they had some great food choices.

Service was quick. Food was great. I had an angus burger with avocado, cheddar cheese and fries. It was tasty and perfectly cooked. My husband had a chili cheese dog. He thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend.
