Being Italian, I know how to share. This restaurant will not give you ice in the winter. They’re very stingy so against Italian I ordered soup not one piece of bread nothing I don’t like the owners I will never go again second time. How did you? Can you be during the holidays -0 for me?

Unfortunately it’s slipping every time we ! Stromboli raw and my pork Osso Bucco was bland and not tender Good people but food is inconsistent . Wine is kept way too warm and it tastes like it . Want to love this place but it’s not the same

Ordered two pizzas, one mushroom, one sausage. Very few mushrooms and they forgot the sausage on the other pie. Usually much better. Hopefully, just an off night.

I was back in town and Brunina's was the first place I went to. As always, the service and food was excellent. The hostess was very friendly and my server was amazing. She was so sweet and helpful, I believe her name was Kenzy. I tried the chicken parm and it was delicious!
Totally recommend this gem in Naples!

It’s difficult to say this place has great anything. Sat there for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Had to fix a very crowded tippy table myself. Server once he showed up was very enthusiastic and did a good job. Only reason I tipped him at all.
Pasta with chicken on the menu at 23$. The bill comes and I’m billed 23 and 5 for chicken. The waiter seemed to notice this did not match the menu but also said that should be the right price. lol . So 23$ for noodles and watery vodka sauce, are you kidding me!
Don’t see us ever returning.

I've come here for quite some time. I always enjoyed the menu and food.
Tonight, however, it looked as if No One Knew what was going on. I made a reservation showed up and was seated. I looked over the menu, watched as people behind me were seated, brought water, and served a bread basket while I waited for my server. After waiting some time with no one acknowledging us, my wife flagged down one of the girls to ask who might wait on us; she said she'd find someone. We continued to wait, and after seeing everyone seated after us with drinks and food, we got up and left. Several people were standing around, and you would think they might take the initiative and, at a minimum, fill our water glasses. As we left the 4 young girls looked on at the front register not saying a word mouths open as we exited. I was so disappointed!!!
If this continues into the season, you won't have to worry, you'll be out of business. Extremely sad the staff has no concept of what they were doing tonight. Customer service was nonexistent. Word of mouth alone can kill a restaurant in Naples.

Ordered a pizza for pick up. The young lady on the phone was extremely sweet, and that’s about as good as this place gets for pizza. Atmosphere upon walking up was isolating. As you’re basically discouraged from walking in to the restaurant to even pick up your order. As if by some means to say, stay out peasant.

The pizza was handed to me fresh, and the first thing I noticed was how unevenly and without care the one topping of mushrooms was distributed. Literally two clumps to the point where a whole slice had not one piece of mushroom on it.

I didn’t say anything because honestly I bought it to eat while on a job and the rest is going in the fridge, no big deal. Fast forward ten minutes later. Upon trying to pull a slice, the cheese slides off, and the entire slice collapses. So soggy that the box leaked through to my car seat. Now I get it, fresh pizza is soft, but this was a soaked paper bag. And the taste wasn’t worth the hassle. Never again.

Dined here for the first time yesterday…food was delicious, the best bread we’ve had in Florida since moving here from CT. They have brick oven pizza….can’t wait to try that next! Prices are super reasonable and portions generous. Service was excellent. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to go back!
