Food always good here. It gets busy in season and had a few problems with take away - twice having to return to collect forgotten items from order. Last time waited for a long time and eventually asked. The hostess forgot we were waiting. Beware of busy periods but otherwise excellent.

Had a delicious dinner this week. Lamb chops with risotto, also pork chop with fettuccine and tiramisu for dessert. Restaurant opens for dinner at 4 and although we got the impression some staff were not happy about customers coming in 5 minutes early, we were warmly welcomed by Bella.Bella was very efficient without hovering and answered questions with ease. Becoming One of our Top spots.

Foods good could give you more pasta with yout entree. Pasta is cheap you can afford to be generous.
Placed an order on Sunday online. Order was accepted and my credit card was charged. Went to get pizza and sign on door said they are closed. Called the store and tried to get refund and they refused. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They took my order and my money but refused to deliver ANY product.

This is not one of the swank restaurants on fifth Avenue, but that is one of the reasons I like it. It’s perfect for an easy night away from the big crowds. All the food is delicious, but I especially love the pizza. So good. The service is a little spotty, but that’s pretty much anywhere these days. I didn’t love my margarita, but I guess I shouldn’t expect to at an Italian restaurant, lol. They serve bread and oil at no charge, and they have a nice sized menu. Overall, I’m a big fan. It’s one of those restaurants we make sure to visit at least once every time we come to Naples.

Two take-out pizzas, "dead dough" - soggy tasteless dough. Very little tasteless sauce. I'm so shocked that there are so many good reviews! We will never buy a pizza there again - $65 wasted!
