Jordan at the drive through was so cool, and so pleasant to order from!!! And whoever was also taking orders in the front was amazing too. I've been to this burger king many times and by far, those two were the most pleasant so far

Never order anything with substitutions at this location. Will never be correct, unfortunately. Nobody answers the phone, so you can't contact anyone and corporate says it is franchisee run so they can't do anything. Ive repeatedly paid for meals I can't eat, because they've added bacon (I don't eat pork) to my chicken sandwich etc. Or given me the incorrect order entirely. Frustrating.

I frequently dined at Burger King during my hotel stay, finding their prices to be fair but the food quality inconsistent, often reminiscent of frozen meals from a dollar store 🤢. The preparation of my meals seemed to lack attention to detail. As a single mother navigating challenging circumstances, I encountered judgment rather than compassion from the staff. With the exception of two employees, the team appeared dissatisfied with their roles, which was evident in their unpleasant demeanor. I sensed that they provided more attentive service to those from similar backgrounds, unaware of my Afro-Latino identity. If I had reliable transportation, I would have chosen alternative dining options due to the staff's prejudicial behavior. Given my history of patronizing Burger King, I was disappointed by the subpar service I received. The cleanliness of the facilities and the kindness of two staff members were the only positive aspects of my experience. I believe that the remaining staff would benefit from hospitality training, as their service fell short of expectations. As a former secret shopper, I understand the importance of delivering exceptional service and avoiding assumptions about customers. Treating all patrons with respect and kindness, regardless of appearance, is crucial.

Burger Kings are not your best well run fast food restaurants, but do enjoy their hamburger and original chicken sandwich. I have found this location on Pine Ridge to well run and managed and the food always been delivered fresh. Location is convenient. Found this location cleaner and better managed then other locations for Burger King.

Not go, unless you like to wait. 1:30pm no body in the place , Oder. Waited 25mins went up to conter to see what's up. They forgot my Oder. There goes my 30min lunch. Will never go back and will tell everyone.
