Placed mobile order 9/18 8:30pm. - they said they did not have it.

Had confirmation on my phone, that it was correct location. Manager giselle was not very friendly or didn’t even offer to try to take my order, even though I paid for one.

The most rude place ever. I ordered food online and went to pick up. There were not even many car. I waited for at least 15 minutes. During my wait I got a phone call, then it become my, the cashier kept pushing me to pay and wont let me finish the call. Super rude, will never go to Burger king again.

Came by tonight at 10:00 p.m. because I had a craving, I asked for a strawberry shake, he told me they were out of strawberry shakes and then I asked for a chocolate shake and then he said no shakes, no ice cream. I then asked for a royal crispy wrap and he told me they were out of wraps, I do find that hard to believe. I can understand the ice cream being gone. Those machines are finicky. However, being out of limited time menu option that is featured, is definitely hard to believe. No, I didn't make a fuss or asked to speak to the manager but I am leaving this review. Their screens were off when I rolled up which inclines me to think that he just did not want to provide service.

Went last night with my daughter was told after I paid to back up between the two windows. Then when the food was Told to pull back up to second window. When I asked why that was because I noticed it with the people in front of me. I was told by the manager. He has a timer and it. Sets it off and brings his countdown. Because he doesn't have enough people. So because they cannot do their job he. Agreed. That's why he makes me do this. Then once he realized I was filming, he walked away and shut the window. And him and the other employees proceeded to laugh and point at me. I literally have video of him stating. Yes, he makes this happen because they can't do their job...

2nd time the manager is trying to avoid the timer on drive thru. Not 1 person in the store. I ordered 1 whopper. I'm first in line and 10min minimum to get it. They seem to be fully staffed just need them to actually work when order is received. Food is great when you actually get it ?
