2nd time the manager is trying to avoid the timer on drive thru. Not 1 person in the store. I ordered 1 whopper. I'm first in line and 10min minimum to get it. They seem to be fully staffed just need them to actually work when order is received. Food is great when you actually get it ?

Bad service. Went at 11 pm and No one answered at the drive thru, after I went to the window the manager had an attitude saying "clearly were closed", just standing there not doing anything and this burger king also says closed at 12 am... never going back.

I've tried a number of times to order from this store At the drive through. One time I drove off before they even took my order because I waited way too long. So today I thought I would give them another try, Big mistake. Me and 3 other cars put our orders in and we had to wait to pull up to the window to even pay.I was the second in line and after waiting 5 minutes and nobody's moving I pulled away again. I will never go back to the store.

The Whopper was better than expected. Very tasty.I don't know where they got their tomatoes, but they were really good. Actually had flavor.

Terrible service on 2-24-24 at 11:21 am. Ordered my food thru the drive thru. Paid $24.14. specifically asked the young male at the window if everything was in my bag, as it was a medium size bag. So, your telling me that there are 3 whopper s, fry, 2, 8 piece nuggets and a wrap in this bag. He says, yes. I say, ok, I'm going to believe you. Well, I should have checked. Received the whoppers, fries, that's it. Called a spoke with Jeannie. Was told that they don't deliver food. Well, that's just great. Thank you for nothing. I will give you a free meal next time. Well, that doesn't help me now. As I am already at work. Knowing that I have a 10 hour day ahead, was just wanting to eat. As this would have been my only meal of the day. And of course, my wrap was one of the missing items. The others were for my co workers. Will not be going back. The young man at the window needs to be reprimanded and re trained.

This will be the last time I will ever visit this location. Usually wait time is anywhere from 5-7 min. My last 3 recent visits my wait time is 10-12 mins. I understand some days they are understaffed but the way they treat customers is the reason why they are losing clientele. After placing my order in drive through I waited like usual. The car ahead of me pulls up and I see a hand stuck out of the window signaling me to wait, like don’t pull up. I waited 1 min then pulled up and the young man at the window tells me (pointing to where I was waiting) “you must be waiting back there.” I look at him like “since when is that a rule in drive through? Total unprofessional and didn’t appreciate the attitude. They’ve lost my business…

Bought burgers and fries. Burger was old and dried out. Fries ask no salt but had salt. Can't any of theses workers read or care to do a good job. Work ethic has gone down the tubes at these places. What a world we live in anymore. Oh pay them more and they do less.

This establishment has improved greatly from a year ago. The morning staff is amazing, Susan is the best! Why then not a 5 star? Because the evening shift lacks customer service and does not follow the HAVE IT YOUR WAY MOTTO!I enjoy my whooper of broiler, my Coke light ice. I pleasantly informed the gal at drivethru that whooper was not off broiler, coke full of ice... I took the meal as served and placing this review.
Home of the Whopper didn't disappoint! I got the Whopper Meal, which includes fries and a drink. The fries were actually very good...better than I remember. And the Whopper was delicious as always!
