This location is always beyond disappointing. The staff is rude and acts as if you are bothering them. They are always out of items. I ordered the halloween meal. They said they were out of the speciality bag then they were out of the specialty box the nuggets come in. Then they didnt have a top for the sundae. They didn't even bother telling me they were out of pretty much the entire meal and accessories instead they waited for my look of disappointment. They handed the sundae to me with icecream dripping down the side. When I asked how im supposed to transport this in my car the kid in drive thru window put a napkin on top. What is a napkin going to do. No apologies no other solutions but a napkin? The sundae dripped everywhere in my center console. Great job.

I hadn’t stopped by in about a year due to a bad experience I had in the morning. However, this evening was no better. Manager can’t delegate and then won’t even let you tell one of the associates, “ that’s my order”, because she needs to be involved in register and food transaction process. I ordered online so I wouldn’t have to wait…that was a waste of effort. Also, she assumed which languages I spoke which I thought was rather amusing. If you don’t allow your employees any room for error they’ll never learn and you’ll run around like a headless chicken all the time doing everyone’s job.
I waited 20 minutes after having placed an online order that said 5-7 minutes.

At 8:30AM, already reheated egg sandwiches half of it was stuck to the paper. I asked for a cup of water and got some type of weird seltzer. This place is not only slow but low effort. Try a little.

Great food, fast service, and always fresh! I stopped by Burger King recently, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly and efficient, my order came out hot and fresh, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept.
The Whopper was perfectly grilled — just the right amount of smoky flavor — and the fries were crisp and golden. I also appreciated how quickly the team handled the line during the lunch rush.

This Burger King was built only a few years ago , it looks absolutely awful the grounds the building zero maintaince has been done The grass is over growing the gardens a mess . What a shame let a building turn to crap sooo fast
The food is awful the worst compared to other Bk it’s notably no good The soda is not even good tast like sugar water
The place is a totally mess from food to grounds not to mention it’s 3$ more for the same meal then 3 miles away makes zero sense

My experience was great. From the moment I walked in, the place was clean, organized, and had a nice atmosphere to enjoy with family or friends. The staff was quick and friendly, always willing to answer questions and explain the promotions, especially during the evening shift, where the service feels extra attentive and welcoming.
