Cold food, even after I saw them put the wrapped whopper in the microwave. Microwaved long enough to ruin the tomato and lettuce.

Thanks for the garbage. Your employees literally read back the order but got everything wrong and half of the food tasted cold, soggy and unseasoned, like it was some old shit left out on the counter for 3 hours

Whoever is the owner of this one needs to at least change the hours. Why do they start closing down at 8pm when open until 12am? Had a worker say by 10pm its best to not come after. Only two workers were working on a Friday night. No manager in sight. Manager is the laziest person I have ever seen needs to get demoted.

They need to fix the air conditioning in this place or get some kind of covering for the windows.It literally turns into a furnace, and it is uncomfortable to eat in there.

I went for the Drive-through and when it was time to pay, a man took my credit card, and left, I stopped seeing him for a while, Usually you pay through the window, and you see the person collecting, but in this case it was not like that, It's very strange that they don't charge for the window. don't know what they are doing with my card besides paying for the food ,at that moment it didn't occur to me to be more alert. He returned the card to me and after 12 days or so, there was an unauthorized charge on my card in Miami , I pay with my card everywhere, and they charge in front of me. It is difficult to know who is responsible, It's hard to know if it was this place or not, but it seemed strange to me that it took more time than normal to pay ,but this was the only place where they charged without my presence .just be careful when paying

This place is pretty awful at doing their jobs. I had ordered through the app to pick up through the drive thru the lady couldn't find my order and made me come inside. The lady I saw inside behind the register was having a personal conversation with a man and wasn't going to be bothered to greet me or even bothered to help. The drive thru lady came out she wanted to see the app I showed her
She tried to tell me that I had put it in the wrong address well I did not. She goes to talk to her manager come to find out the food had been done sitting there waiting and she just can't figure out how to do her job.
What a joke
Also, I had to wait for her to make the drinks that should of taken 30 seconds to maybe a minute but it took 2.5
So much for fast food took 15 minutes to get it all straightened out. I wanted the drive thru because I didn't want to get out of my car because my kids were in the car.

What a disaster this place it. Every single time I try to order food here I end up walking out and going across the street to Panera. This place is never staffed properly. Today during 1:30pm lunch rush only one person in the line, one on the drive through and one taking orders inside. They work soooooo slow it was so painful to watch. I waited 15 minutes nobody even as knowledges anyone waiting in line. Not even a “we’ll be right with you” I ended up walking out and going elsewhere. Corporate needs to come in and audit this disaster or an operation!
