I went to the BurgerFi Naples location on May 31st. I placed a takeout order via the app. Overall, I was particularly disappointed with the quality of the food and service I received.
I ordered a single CEO burger with lettuce, tomatoes, jalapenos, diced, and grilled onions. My burger was missing the lettuce, included pickles that were not ordered, and the meat was dry and unseasoned. Additionally, the bread was not fresh and was nearly stale.
Furthermore, all three burgers in our order were dry, lacked seasoning, and lacked sauce. This resulted in an overall unpleasant dining experience, which was quite surprising given the typically high standards I associate with BurgerFi.
I reached out to corporate regarding my situation almost 3 weeks ago however they are yet to respond.

The burgers taste really good. Not much atmosphere to speak of - it’s semi fast food. I tried to use the kiosk to order but could not figure out how to select toppings for my burger so I gave up and ordered from a person.
