Sat in V.I.P. at a table with friends on a weekend night. When I cheered for our friends arrival. An older guy came over to our table and told us to quiet down because the owner wants quiet as he pointed towards another guy we assumed was owner. We told old guy off, cashed out & left before we smashed both of them. Too pretensious for us.

The best cigar bar in South Florida for sure! We live east south FO so we are exposed to everything. But the west has this amazing cigar bar with amazing live music! The bartenders are phenomenal and the crowd was diverse and cheerful. I will definitely go back when visiting Naples.

Bought a 60 dollar funente that immediately start tunneling. The Tunnel was right through the center of the cigar. This causes a cigar to constantly go out and burn unevenly. I’m an avid cigar smoker and been to the nicest lounges across the world. I wasn’t even 20% into the cigar and decided to show the cigar manager the issue, as typical cigar shop policy is to always replace a faulty cigar. He looked at me like I was crazy and said “smoke it faster” which is hilarious because why would I pay 60 dollars for a cigar I have to smoke as fast as possible to try and work around the busted cigar. The cigar manager on Friday night August 9th 2025 is a complete joke. They told me to come back if it kept having issues. I couldn’t get through half the cigar as it kept going out. Again I was told I wasn’t smoking it fast enough. I was then yelled at by the main manager and surrounded by bouncers. Saying I’ve been here two hours which was a lie. This isn’t a real cigar bar, it’s a bar that has a limited selection and an inexperienced cigar “manager” and the head manager is just as bad. I’ve never been yelled at by a manager of an establishment over a legitimate complaint. If you come here expect to smoke your overpriced cigar at your own risk. Oh and they don’t have matches either. You have to chase around a waitress’s to get a light… which doesn’t help any if the cigar is also tunneling and busted lol. As I write this my cigar is going out again.

Bella is THE BEST OF ALL TIME. Seriously would come here a million times just to see her! Such a wonderful part of BURN I seriously can not rave about her enough. 10/10 service BELLA ROCKS
