Some of the rudest and most obnoxious waitresses I have ever experienced, in a supposed upscale establishment. Not very good at their jobs. They would rather stand in the corner and gossip than serve the guest. One of the worst customer service experiences in all of Naples!

I always love going to BURN by Rocky Patel in Naples. The atmosphere is consistently great, and I had an enjoyable time talking to the friendly locals, who seem to be regulars there. While the only thing I disliked was getting an old fashioned with small ice cubes, I take responsibility for not asking prior if they had the large ice cubes. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for enjoying cigars and conversation. Highly recommended!

While I'm not a cigar smoker myself, I must say that this place is pretty slick. The service is very good, the drinks are delish, and the vibe is quite cool. They had live music on the night we visited with a DJ performing later in the evening. Just a cool place to hang out.

This place has been on my list for a really long time as it is always on top 5 cigar lounges in the country. It just lives on the lists. I finally had a work trip down to Marco Island and just so happened to be during the week of CFB Championship. Perfect place to watch the game with cigars. The staff is great and very quick to serve as they also were able to get the game sound on for the game which is always a plus. Its a championship game, better get that on, cmon now. They dont serve food but they make great drinks and have a pretty good menu for them. Atmosphere is great and the location is easy to get to as it is in a shopping/dining plaza so it's usually busy. Worth going to and yes, it belongs on the top 10 list for sure!

Burn by Rocky Patel at the Mercato in Naples is a perfect place for a drink and a cigar. The have a large Humidor with a fine selection of cigars. The bar is fairly large with a nice selections of liquors. So if you want to take a cigar break this is the place to go.

Busy night so service wasn't so attentive. I ordered an old fashioned but it was meh. The disappointing feature was the ice, it was so cloudy and full of impurities. My husband enjoyed his cigar. Her prefers lighting with a match, but they only offer lighters.
